I’ve had several of their soups and they’re always delicious. The sandwiches and pretzels are good, too. The owner is so kind and she remembers her regulars, which is nice to see. We had a little bit of a wait for our take-out, but you can avoid that by ordering ahead. We just walked over from our office, so we didn’t mind waiting. I highly recommend this place for lunch.

We stopped in this tiny place to put something in our stomachs before wine tasting. I didn’t expect much from the tiny, diner-like restaurant. Boy was I wrong. That soup. OMG, that soup! We both had the coconut curry chicken soup and a soft pretzel. The pretzel was good too, but the soup was AMAZING. The prices are fantastic, and the service was incredibly friendly. I would definitely go again.

If you’re looking for clean, fresh, delicious food, this place is fantastic! I’ve tried at least half of the menu and everything has been delicious and nutritious…. Which is a rare find in Bethlehem! Omg, the soups are so good! The woman who owns this shop is incredibly sweet and hard-working too, do it feels good to support this shop.

I love the food here! The Pho especially during the cold winter months is the perfect way to warm up. 10/10 recommend! The service as well is nothing short of amazing. Family friendly and in the heart of main street Bethlehem. My office loves the party pretzel trays for our holiday events and have become a must have item annually.

I think of Stations Cafe as a place to get good soup. They have up to nine delicious options that can change by the day. Their other offerings have felt less satisfying mainly because of the freshly-baked bread, which are a bit too moist and sweet for my preferences. The flavor profiles of the sautéed veggies and banh mi were also a bit off from what I’m used to having. At the end of the day, it boils down to preferences. I get the impression they have a lot of happy frequent customers.
This entire restaurant is run by a single person, from preparing the food to taking care of the tables. Thus, service can be slow. Don’t expect to get a quick lunch. But also, please be understanding. It’s incredibly tough. I’d highly recommend this place for a leisurely meal where all you want is the comfort of a warm bowl of soup.

I love the egg sandwich here–the bread is organic and home made and yet the sandwich is filling and a nice protein packed start to the day. The quesadilla is very different and unique from any quesadilla I’ve ever had because it is light and yet full of nutritious toppings and the added hummus and organic pita bread is perfect for wrapping and dipping. But the best thing about the quesadilla is that it is NOT GREASY–I feel great after enjoying this standout dish. I’ve been coming here for 15 years!

I eat at Stations 1-2 times per week. Im not vegan or vegetarian but often times I order from the vegan menu as its so good. Whether you want a Vietnamese staple like Pho or Bahn Mi, or a black bean burger or soup, you wont be disappointed. Everything on the menu is fantastic!

We were in Pennsylvania for a visit and stopped here to eat and I must say this place is amazing! Great service and the lady (I didn’t catch her name -_-) was the SWEETEST! The mac and cheese she had just finished making when we got there was so creamy and DELICIOUS! The turkey sandwich and the bread it was on was amazing, the rotisserie chicken salad with balsamic dressing was so fresh & awesome and so was the Manhattan clam soup! My bf who has stomach issues had no problem with the food! You can tell lots of love and effort is put into her food! We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to PA! 🙂
