The locals who frequent are standoffish till U get to know them.

If you are not a current regular here don’t bother trying it out. I guess they don’t want no more customers than they currently have and here’s why… There is no bar tender that manages the bar, the servers will walk past you even if you are there 30 minutes and you’ve flagged them down. I was there for 45 minutes and never got a drink or anything. It turned out to be a waste of gas just to go out there. The server stuck her nose so far up at us after we got her attention that if it were to rain she’d drown. Well just so you we are good tippers but your loss. Won’t try yall again.

We have been In here a few times. Enjoyed it both times. We always sit by the pool tables. Lots of people in this building really isn’t bad. Everyone is pretty scattered. They have lots of dart games in the back part. And whole section with pool tables and the bar in the front. The food was yummy. We had burgers.. and friend pickles.. and shrimp Quesadilla..

This review is really for the hambone cabins that this property is associated with. This grill is Smokey and serves typical bar door. If you like a good old run of the mill Smokey bar with various games this is for you. Now the cottages this place rents are horrific. These are the worst I have ever stayed or attempted to stay in. Loaded with dead and live bugs as well as all sorts of left over “stuff” on the walls. The sheets were cigarette burned. Do not stay at the Hambone Rentals. They are literally the worst.

I am new to the area and a friend wanted to take me to the Dry Dock on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. She said I would love the place and I did until we wanted to order some food later that night.. The waitresses were very rude.They said that they were not cooking anymore but others were eating and still receiving food up to an hour after they told us No More Food. We had been there most of the afternoon drinking. It being a bar that is serving food, I think that they should serve till at least 10 or maybe 11 especially on Memorial Day weekend and knowing that people have spent a lot of money there all day, drinking!!
I could have even looked over that if the waitresses hadn’t been so rude. My friend wanted me to go and get some Jell-O shots up at the bar and the waitress crunched them at me and snatched the money from my hand. That being my first time there I did not get a good impression about the place and me being new to the area, I’ll just have to find somewhere else to go.
