Have been here twice within the past couple weeks and each time the heavier set guy with a pony tail has been extremely rude, not friendly at all and had an attitude the entire time. If he’s miserable maybe he should find another job. We used to frequent this location but will be driving the extra miles to a different location. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

7/06/2025 Ordered on app so take out. 45.00 worth 3 footlongs 1 half and got 2 correct called cause 3rd was supposed to be a meatball but it wasn’t. People were rude I Ordered on app. Hung up on me and said nothing could be done about it. No women there all men and they seem like lights on but nobody’s home. Food was gross. If could have given small dot of star would have. Asked for district manager number and they said didn’t have one. Village LANE Wedowee Alabama not good. Plus the one who was making sandwiches and bread there were 2 1 outside smoking didn’t wash hands was waiting for pickup and 2nd didn’t wear gloves or the 1st one.

The workers are extremely rude. They act like it’s an inconvenience that you walked through the door. I wasn’t greeted or anything. The worker was rushing my mother while she was trying to order. He made the sandwiches very messy. The young man who made the sandwich has a disdain towards people the day I visited this location. Will definitely not spend another dime here. It’s sad that it’s no good locations to eat around here because they have so many workers with terrible attitudes.

Unbelievable. This place will not be here for long. My second time there in two weeks. I was really hoping to have a better experience this time, but it was actually worse. Lettuce was so brown I could not let them put it on our sandwiches. Food does not look fresh at all. The place is filthy. And the person making my sandwich had debris and dirt all over their clothes. I could not even enjoy my food for imagining the disgusting environment it came from. And the bread was not fresh. Never again! Also, I was the only customer there. Obviously I’m not the first one to observe how poorly managed this place is.

2 hours before close and they had no steaks, meatballs or cold cut meat. They rung us up and didn’t bag our food and walked away. Waited on pizzas that were in the oven while they made other customers food.

Assistant Manager is extremely rude! When I called the Store Manager about my experience she didn’t seem concerned. Said that the assistant Manager fills a lot of open shifts when people quit or call in. I explained that it won’t be necessary when she runs off all of her business. She didn’t care. They will NOT tell you who owns the franchise so that they can be made aware.

I’ve visited this subway twice & have been disappointed each time. The first time I went in and ordered. I had a order of 2 sandwiches & a pizza. Shawn was helping me & he had the worst attitude ever. I get people go through things and may not be having the best day that’s why I rarely complain but it was ridiculous. You’re paid to provide quality customer service regardless. I ordered a six inch and he put Mayo on half of my sandwich & just wasn’t going to put it on the other half Bc the Mayo was out. But tonight really put the icing on the cake. I work locally on night shift so I ordered online. I specified which ingredients I wanted “less” of and my sandwich looks like it was just thrown together. I had to take half of the ingredients off just to be able to take a bite. Just save yourself and go elsewhere. The only thing this place has going for it is it’s cleanliness.

This place is awful 2nd time in two week I’ve placed an online order and gotten there to pick it up well after the time it says to it’s not ready.. We haven’t had time to defrost pizza dough.. There was no one in the store and both workers didn’t know how to refund my money.. I’ll drive to Roanoke from now on..

Good sub, the bread could have been fresher, either that or it could have been heated less, whichever. Other than that, it was good, as was the service!
