I usually like dominoes, but tonight it didn’t deliver the way it was supposed to. I was definitely a bit disappointed when I came to find my pizza and my lava cake’s burnt. Unfortunately in the photo it’s hard to see but the entire underside of my pizza was burnt.

The food at Dominoes is always great, but today was different. I ordered for delivery to be left at my front door. I waited by the front door, and when the driver from Dominoes came he dropped off my food at my neighbors house. I stepped outside and yelled, “I think thats my food.” The driver yelled back, ” no it said house ***” I yelled back, “no it didn’t!” Curious, he picked up my order and slowly walked over to my house-I took out my phone and showed him my order with my address on it. He was very rude and replied, “I looked at the address too fast,” and he wouldn’t stop staring at me either. I was pissed because he was rude, the person who answered the phone at Dumas Dominoes store was rude and Im doing a 3 day in-home EEG test, I can’t go outside but had to because the delivery driver looked at the address too fast. (When people look different from you or others because of their disabilities-ITS VERY RUDE TO STARE!!!!!!)

I’m gonna give them 5 stars,the flavor was on point really nice pizzas,super nummy and lots of cheese,the base was just as I wanted it to be and they are not scared to put toppings on the pizza,thax for a great meal! See you soon!

Food very good. Got the philly cheese steak tatertots and feta/spinach stuffed bread. Very filling for two people. Its right by walmart so easy to shop the eat. They have booths to sit in if you want to eat there. Nothing fancy, but the kids working there did a good job cooking my food so i am happy.

They missed green peppers, onions, hot peppers, when i called them they even didn’t apologize, and asked me to come again at store to show them pizza. Come on, I’m a truck driver, it’s impossible for me to come again with the truck,

If I could give them 0 star, I would. They gave us wrong pizza. When we returned, they said the staff is new and ask us to wait 10 mins so they can make new. I went inside after 10 mins, they said wait 5 more mins, after 5 min, staff was rude and ask me to check with counter person, he was way too rude. I went to counter and he said 10 more mins. Enough is enough. I paid for the food. I was begging but there I felt insulted. And may be they were racist. They were doing fraud with me. I’ll make sure I’ll speak to the dominos headquarters and I’ll peruse the case. So disappointing.
