The general taos chicken was delicious it was crunchy but meaty, great portions too ,the pork fried rice had a smokey flavor to which I’ve never had before
The boneless spare ribs were questionable they tasted bad
Mountain dew was flat too

An outstanding variation of mapo tofu. Honestly it looks nothing like mapo tofu, but it’s delicious. The chef offered 3 different sauces and I picked spicy green. It’s not spicy to me, but tastes amazing. Front desk service was kind and helpful. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Disgusting hole in the wall that sells condoms and tobacco products next to hot food.
All the signage inside has a noticeable grime and/or broken pieces to it.
Ordered a spare rib tip combo and they gave me strange pieces of overly sweet meat WITH BONES IN IT. Inexcusable
No menu online anywhere- my combo came out to $11 and change.
Doesn’t help that you need to retrieve your food through a plastic wall because they are in such a terrible neighborhood.
The only plus is: they are open late

I edited my review because the place has made it on my NTR(Never to Return) list. I ordered five times, which I ordered the same thing(house specials fried rice. The first order was great, and the second-order chicken was rotten. The third order was good, and the last orders all rotten chicken. Please be careful with the food!

The food is okay for a neighborhood Asian restaurant. However you would have thought I asked for the 1st born when I asked to exchange my soy sauce for duct sauce OMG the rudeness. I didn’t ask for anything extra I don’t like soy sauce on my shrimp fried rice geez! Also why did my shrimp fried rice come in this square container instead of the normal box as this is definitely a smaller portion size! 52 fake out for sure

Late night Chinese takeout spot. Jah bless for being open @1am on a Sunday. Standard Chinese takeout, I got my go-to house special lo mein. Not the best but good and again at 1am I was thankful for it. Looks more like a convenience store/bodega in the hood. With bank style thick a$$ plexi, and every type of candy and cigar wraps behind it. The necessarily gruff cashier completes the vibe. No dine in, Cash only.

Closes late,
Prices are good,
Workers aren’t rude,
Food was good (so far best I ate in West Philly)
BUT she wouldn’t give me no more than 3 soy sauce smh!

I went like 3-4 times since I was in Philly, food was great every time! I did get my wings well done, they were priced great! Especially compared to Atlanta. I gave 4 stars because the time they close don’t match with Google some days, I ordered but by the time I got there they were closed wish I could’ve had them once more

I come here for the water ice. $1.25 in 2025, I don’t know how it is possible. And it is GOOD. I can’t comment on the food. Yes it is a hole in the wall place, but that is fine with me.
