Best Mexican food I’ve had since leaving Texas, and I’d put IZTAC up against any of my Texas favorites.
They serve the best taco salad (steak) that I ever had: perfectly seasoned and prepared steak, an unexpected mix of baby spinach, arugula, and radicchio for greens, guacamole, and even a side of (I think) a blue cheese crema.
The birria tacos were also fantastic, as were the steak tacos. Expert salsa, and fantastic service.
If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll make sure to continue working my way through IZTAC’s menu!

I was happy to find this Pittsfield, MA spot that serves straight up tasty Mexican food, reasonable priced. On 2 visits, I’ve only had tacos, but it’s pleasant dining here, comfortably watching music videos and eating fresh pico and chips while your food is freshly prepared. I’ve never been to Mexico, but when I am in here, I do feel like I’m on a trip outside of western mass. Something tells me most of the food will be on point.

They made a simple mistake with the order and the man not only made sure he reimbursed the money and was apologetic the place is clean the staff is nice and the food is good you all should definitely check them out

Second time here. Thank you! Delicious salsa wow! Had a chimichanga and a shot of this really cool Añejo from a Sugar Skull Señorita. This place is so cute but actually authentic. I feel like I’m at home here. I’m coming back for more! I read some reviews about service and taste i had absolutely no issues infact the verde salsa was actually authentic and had a depth of flavor including some heat! Thank you, I love a little spice. The food was 100%fresh. Nothing tasted like it was old or cooked wrong. I’m here on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you to the sweet girl bartender and the smiling employees.

Waited solid 30 minutes for our meal after ordering? Not server’s fault, food was good not great better options in area. Wanted to give them a go! Only two tables eating when we arrived so not busy.

Food was amazing. Service awful. Our food came and we never received our drinks. We asked multiple times. I was told by our server that they did not have plain margaritas after waiting the entire meal. Come to find out that wasn’t true. They were also offering margaritas as a special. No apologies offered by our server or anyone for never getting our beverages. My son did get his soda after asking mumtiile times and it cost 4$ for a can of cola. Great food but if they don’t figure out the service part of the business they will be closed soon.

The menu is pretty big and they have fresh ingredients. The service is great and the staff are very kind and try their best to ensure a great experience. Give them a chance you’ll be happy you did. Unfortunately as of 8/1 they must have went out of business. I haven’t been able to order for about a week now

Went here thinking it was still ponchos. It wasnt and its a shame it shares the space where ponchos used to be.
We got chimichangas. Inside was some steak, not alot, and the rest was white rice.
White rice?? In a chimichanga, are you kidding me?? Even taco bell knows better than to use white rice on anything.
White rice is not a filling in a chimichanga. I was insulted to have paid money for this meal.
There was only about a 1/2 teaspoon of guacamole and my bf didnt get any at all. Same for the sour cream.
Refried beans werent even refried. It was just whole beans in liquid.
Y’all need to do some soul searching or you arent going to make it. There are plenty of other places to get crap mexican food.
You should be ashamed of what you are serving.
