They have a habit of not paying attention to detail when preparing your order. Tonight I ordered the meatball and pepperoni sub with extra banana peppers and marina sauce. When I got it home, there were no banana peppers at all, and mustard and lettuce was added. This was all after I waited in line to pick it up and by then it was cold. So much for using the app. The last time I ordered online I watched them screw it up right in front of me. Keep your eyes on them the whole time they are preparing your order.

The way we was approached entering they just stared at us they didnt welcome us, subs made sloppy and veggies wasnt fresh at all
Call to notify the manager they was getting a rush they would call back in 1 or 2 hours

I placed an on line order went to pick up order and they said someone already picked it up.
To make a long story short, they after asking me some questions, Then they was fast about making my order. I had 4 footlong subs.
They kept on apologizing for the mess up.

I’m a huge fan of Subway. I love the food and normally the staff is super friendly today on the other hand I was felt like a bother to the staff. The store wasn’t that busy and the one worker had to call the other worker from the back to help out with subs. She was very clearly bothered by this and got very rude and demanding about what I wanted as if I was an inconvenience to her. Not very welcoming not very customer service oriented the other worker was polite friendly and very helpful.

The staff are wonderful. But they have no idea how a sub should be made to stay together well this isn’t their fault but a show of the lack of training subway used to have very specific guides to how subs are made but that has fallen of drastically the last 10ish years. The floors and tables are very clean however the produce looked like it hadn’t been changed in ages some was wilted from being in too cold cabros you could see the frost on many of them. The sauce bottles were very dirty looked almost like mold on the oil bottle and visible debris on the vinegar bottle top. The cookie case was full of crumbs like they dont clean it in the evening. Flies were literally landing on our food as it was being made and while flies are inevitable in a food environment sometimes the dirty stuff everywhere in combination makes it feel gross to eat at. Lack Cleanliness and training is desperately needed the training I notice lacking at all subways however the level of unclean is not something I have ever seen in a subway before. Management should definitely work harder to have a store they can take pride in instead of risking health of the community with subpar cleaning.

My sandwich was perfectly messy, full of veggies and meat!!! I get 2 kinds of sauce, tho. Garlic aoli & sweet onion teriyaki…so Messy is Good!! It would be better for the customer if you could put the empty cups that they need to fill in the bag. I wasted a cup getting the wrong one but otherwise, Great Experience. This place looks clean.
