I cant count how many times I’ve been to this location over the last 4 years and in the last couple months the meat there has been sour and discolored. The staff is always rude and unprofessional. The new girl on nights with dark hair and glasses is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Just overall going down hill fast.

Signs say open at 9am. Doors at both sides of building were locked at 9:30am. After knocking guy came to door and said only drive thru was open. I ordered flat bread sandwiches. Very small and very minimal items. My order was written in ink on the inside of the white paper that my sandwich was wrapped in. Not good!!! Will not be back!

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give less! This place is horrible! As the only car in the drive-tru I have waited countless times at the speaker with no one in front of me! I’m talking 10-20 minutes! The employees are ALWAYS RUDE! And never give you the total of your order until you’re at the window.

If you can’t handle the volume of orders, hire more help. It’s been weeks that this location has locked their doors to online order pick up and dining room pick up. They run drive thru only and you sit there for 20+ minutes. Needs new management. And employees need training in customer service.

they’ve left our sauces for the dippers out multiple times, we’ve gotten doordash from them a lot and something will always be missing, we stay very close by and when we order the dasher will have to wait for our simple order for 20+ minutes, almost like they’re trying to wait till the store closes so they don’t have to fufill our order. we always order an hour hour and a half in advance so they have plenty of time. just don’t come here this is literally the worst subway i’ve had lol the “freshness” is just mostly bread and toppings that are sloppily thrown on. i know customer service isn’t easy but this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience from here.
