Super bizarre experience. Went in around 11:00a.m., and was told the items I was looking for were sold out (ham bones and sliced ham), but maybe if I return after 3:00, they would have them? As I was walking out of the store, another customer approached me having just purchased some sliced ham, and suggested I go back to the counter and ask for sliced ham again… (!?) Um, no, that’s ok.
Went straight over to the I-10 location where they have never let me down. Purchased 4 ham bones, sliced ham, potato salad, and some other stuff (I’m not sure all what. I was with friends and didn’t see everything they bought). I don’t know why I didn’t just go to the I-10 location to begin with.

I have been buying these hams for YEARS, and this year the ham was NOT anywhere close to what I have gotten in the past. VERY fatty doesn’t seem to be as flavorful either. Think this is my last honey baked ham.
To me the price has gone up but the taste and quality have gone down over the last couple of years.

The food was so basic I don’t understand why 1 sandwich and 3 sliders ,2 drinks would come out to 30 bucks.. I regret coming by here. The food could have been way better. And omg the side of potato salad was ridiculous and small.

I really appreciate how helpful the staff was when my order couldn’t be found—turns out I had placed it at a different location! They still got me taken care of with a ham and sides, and everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this location—the customer service is outstanding.

Went for our Christmas ham like we do a few times during the year every year, and this place needs to hire employees with better customer service. The heavy set lady they have there today Christmas Eve & the young kid are rude. Felt like we were being rushed out & and no, they were not closing. Really need better customer service, or I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. And these hams are not cheap & they don’t care to satisfy their customers needs.
