Love Moes, they are great, but expensive. I always get the steak burrito and love the mixture of items to add to the burrito. My wife got the burrito bowl. The food is very good, the salsa bar is good. I like the heated chips, the selection of food is good but I think all food now is expensive.

Food portions were very small. Steak was completely unseasoned and seemed to be boiled. Moe’s is way too expensive for these things.

Feels like it will close in a week, the place is sparse inside. The beans and rice were hard/old as were the chips. Most of the tables were dirty. Half of the front door was blocked with a table. It’s a shame because the rest of the chain is generally good

Moe’s is a great place to go if you need a quick hearty bite yet not covered in grease. I recommend the adobo chicken which is made from chicken thighs (alleluia!) and is soft and delicious. They offer a salsa bar with about six different styles of salsa, and if you’re like me you just put a little (or a lot) from each. You can also order ahead, there’s a pickup shelf and I can’t recall them messing that up.

Loyalty and Tips mean nothing at this location. Staff is apathetic, service is extremely variable. You are not welcomed at this Moe’s.
We’ve been loyal customers of this Moe’s, eating here 2–4 times a month for years. They know our faces. I even tip regularly — which is generous, considering there’s no table service.
At times service is great, like we’re family. Other times, its just bad. The worst part is whenever there is some sort of deal going on, the staff are completely unwilling to deal with it.
Recently we tried to get the BFF Bogo deal, despite the sign being in front of the ordering station, and asking about it at ordering time, the deal was nowhere to be found until we offered to let them keep the food as we walked out, then magically the Bogo deal was found and showed up as such on the receipt. Petty maybe but but was the straw that broke the camels back.
And really Moe’s quality in general has really gone downhill. The meat quality is barely one notch above Taco Bell. The steak is super gristly, the chicken rubbery and the taco meat tastes like its been sitting on a crockpot, for a week, its like catfood+taco seasoning. The cheese is also really low grade and the new salsas are much lower quality.
None of this is unique in my review, check plenty of others, consistently similar.
Fast food or not, if your frontline can’t be bothered to care, your quality declines and your deals are fake…customers won’t bother coming back. We sure won’t be.

Had a horrible experience with the staff fumbling over the online ordering process. Order was placed for delivery, they cancel it. We call, they don’t respond. We spam call, they finally respond and explain that they don’t speak English. We then tell them that the order was cancelled, they say that the order is ready…we explain that it’s for delivery and ask for a refund. They hang up on us

We placed online order through Moes, which is fulfilled by DoorDash. The door dash driver gave us someone else’s food, and ours to someone else. DoorDash was not able to replace because they are considered a 3rd party service. So we had to go into the store and Sida and Mauricia were amazing! They went above and beyond to apologize even though it wasn’t their fault, made sure to make our food for us immediately and gave great portions. We were technically out $10 between delivery, service fees, etc., after having to go and get our own food. However, they turned it around and gave us a great experience.

Food is good but the staff is not very warm. Huge language barrier.
I had hard time explaining them about my allergies. They did not understand things such as cross contamination.
They run out of fajitas and denied to make new one. On repeatedly requesting for it, they gave unpleasant look as if i asked them to do something out side of their job.
