I was there like 2 weeks ago on a Sunday, Last time i went to a wingstop ( up in kearns) it was terrible and decided to not go to any of there locations. I decided to come to this location and try it out one more time! This location was above and beyond, they were so friendly. The girl who was working there was so sweet and patient!

Wing Stop first impression: From order to getting my food took 30 minutes!!!! Not a good start. For a lunch break stop that is no good.
The staff here was alright neither good or bad just meh. Really they all just seemed bored and tired. No real surprise there. They did acknowledge each person as they entered and left the restaurant. That was nice.
I am a big fan of chicken wings, and have been excited about a Wing Stop opening in my town. After visiting this one in Sandy, my enthusiasm has disappeared. Just because of how long it took.
The food: Well the fries were ok. If you like them salt then they were excellent. The wings, I have had better. Not terrible by any means. A bit over cooked for my taste, but that’s better than under done. The chicken skin was crispy and the meat was dry.
Unfortunately they had no napkins. That seems really bad for a wings place.
All in all the food was good but nothing great. Will I go back, probably, but no time soon.

Save yourself some money, you can buy raw chicken at the grocery store for way less. The staff seemed inconvenienced to serve us, fries were salty enough to kill ten men, the bathroom didnt have paper towels, and the whole place was dirty.

First time trying this place and I wish I had tried it sooner. Some of the best wings I’ve had! I tried the Louisiana rub and it was delicious! I also got garlic Parmesan which was good. I wasn’t sure about it since it’s a dry rub and not a sauce but it was so flavorful! The service was quick, it is a little pricy but I will be back.

Don’t come here unless you want your kids yelled at. I was holding my daughters hand both of her feet were not behind the counter or kitchen. He raised at her for no reason saying she was going to get hurt to move back. She wasnt even close to stepping into their work zone. I will go to the next closest location in Lehi.

Unseasoned wings. We asked for extra seasoned extra crispy and got the opposite. I can’t eat chewy skin the texture made me not want to eat it at all. Might as well put them in my air fryer but I ordered takeout bc im not trying to cook today. Please just make em crispy and seasoned am I asking for too much? Oh fries were soggy and not seasoned too. Cmon Utah I’m rooting for you to season your food.
