If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD! This morning I ordered a meatball pepperoni sub via DoorDash. I added a few extra things to my sub including extra cheese, peppercorn ranch, oregano and parmesean. Imagine my surprise when I open my sub & it’s literally just meat and bread. I tried to call the store to report my issue several times & it’s clear they ignore the phone. As an Assistant GM of a restaurant for 10+ years, I’d be horrified to EVER serve something of that quality to a customer! You can tell by the quality and lack of effort that whomever is behind that counter does NOT want to work there. This reflects how that store is ran from the employees to the management. I’ll be sure to stay FAR away from this subway specifically. Thankfully, DoorDash Support offered me a full refund, I’ll be getting my meatball sub from Firehouse Subs.

I ordered one of there new sandwiches that was suppose to be bigger then the regular sandwiches . My sandwich latterly haf 2 pieces of meat folded over on to it when I said something to the employee I was ignored twice . My wife’s sandwich was the same way I spent 23.00 for bread and veggies. The 2 employees were cussing up a storm while having a conversation with another customer . Stay away from this place the foods a joke and employees are rude and have very foul mouths

Why does Subway make coupons and send them too your residence if you cannot use them in the only store within a couple miles?!?! Wanted to support local but in Maumee I won’t have to wait for smoke breaks to get rang out. Toledo has to do better!
