Great Service & Delicious Food – Always Made to Perfection!
I’ve been consistently impressed with the service here—friendly staff and food that’s always made just right. The roasted beef with aioli and plenty of veggies is a personal favorite, and my daughter can’t get enough of the elite chicken and bacon. They never skimp on the veggies or sauces, which is a huge plus!
The only downside is that you can’t use coupon codes directly, but they make up for it by mailing out plenty of new coupons each month, which cuts the price by nearly half. It’s definitely a win in my book.

The food hostess was rude not acknowledging any of the in-store customers in order to fulfill an online order. She would not stop to take in-store orders. Then she proceeded to be rude. We left and will be reporting her higher up.

Ordered online, they only had to read the order and make. No provolone cheese on 2 bowls and no onion teriyaki on 2 bowls. Husband’s sub was missing cheese and smashed avocado. Items you pay extra for should never be missed. First and last time driving to this Subway. Thank you for getting 1 out of 4 meals correct.

There’s a brunette there that is not pleasant at all. She doesn’t really speak and when she does, she doesn’t say thank you. She makes it seem as though you’re a nuisance. If you ask for anything after, she’s not polite at all and doesn’t respond after you say thank you. It’s awkward and isn’t good customer service. She’s usually there at lunch time when it’s busy.

The 2 young men that were working on the evening of Thursday, April 11, 2024 were very polite. They made our food quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend this Subway. The food was awesome.

Placed an order on the App. Order consisted of a melt with extra meat. I only ordered the melt with cheese, ham, onion and Mayo. When I picked up my order I always check my order before leaving. My melt was missing the extra meat. I asked the young lady working and she said her manager said they can not put extra meat on melts because they will not fit in the bag. I asked her then can I receive my refund for the extra meat. She shrugged her shoulders and said my manager has to do that. No manager was around. I asked ok what do we do then she shrugged her shoulders again. MORE training is defly needed for these high school kids and a manager or someone that can give refunds should be available at ALL times. I contacted corporate and the responded via email. They said that melts can defly be ordered with extra meat and this was something they would handle with management. Hopefully in the future I will be able to change this review. This is more of a lack of management training employees properly then anything!

If you order online make sure they don’t get your order mixed with some else’s or they they’ll just trow them all together and they you end up with their order they call you and will try to get the police involved for theft if you don’t come back and pay for. it but if they don’t make the order just like you did on line and you tell them about they’ll just say there is nothing they can do about it but to remake it the way you want it but at you have to pay them again

Husband ordered sandwich and I a salad. The person behind behind counter acted as though he could care less about helping us. He only put half portions of many ingredients. We had to ask a good few times to have extra this or that to make it actually a normal sized sandwich and salad. The meat on the salad was not even cut but the literal slices just thrown on the salad. Half the cheese was spilt from the top salad container and he just srugged and didn’t even add any in to replace it.
Service was slow and very bad customer service. We will not be back.

BEWARE FALSE Advertising(menu has outdated prices)Went in today 7/19/2021 @ 7:19 pm. I ordered the new ” All american sub”. I asked if they had any new breads( becuase they went through a re-fresh) I was told that they only have itialian herbs and cheese and flatbread. After I paid I noticed something was wrong. The price for the All american sub is $9.39 but they charged me $10.39. I told the girl who made my sandwhich and she just looked stunned and didnt say anything. The kid who rang me up, kept giving me excuses. I told them 3 times, the menu price is 9.39 and you charged me $10.39. The young kid finally said ” the price went up”. I said “wow”. I didnt bother asking for a manager since it was only these two teenagers working. They didnt do anything to make it right. Subway you need to get it together! FALSE menu prices and absolutely no customer service!! Will not return! A “refreshing” disappointment!
