Three of us ordered 3 different subs specially made. They were fantastic! All 3 sandwiches were made perfectly. Everything was so fresh and there was plenty of meat, cheese and toppings. The staff really worked well together as well.
Back in the 70s and 80s my beloved mom and I would take a 60 mile trip once or twice a year to the big city just to get a Cousin’s sub. The order we had at the Manitowoc store rivaled those good old days. Thank you!

Wisconsin steak and cheese supposed to have bacon onion, cheddar cheese and liquid cheese liquid cheddar cheese & melted cheddar cheese . I asked for green pepper. Well I’ve got one green pepper and can’t see the either. I see no bacon the bread wasn’t like grilled like it should be. There is like five strips of turkey on the turkey breast bowl that we got and about 100 onions. The cold food was with the hot food. We had to wait for meal to be remade.
So my steak and cheese sandwich I I got was getting cold. The cheese curds were cold and greasy and on top of it, check it out the order was incorrect .so I was charged more and had to sit and wait for that all of these things which could’ve been avoided if the other employee did not interrupt the girl while . taking the orders. And when she was wrapping my sandwich, she had the turkey sandwich she had sitting on the paper. Then she was going to wrap my sandwich in.when I asked her to get clean paper to wrap my sandwich ,she scuffed and rolled her eyes at me. Now, do you know what I’m allergic to?
I I do commend the cashier that check us out. The patients she had with her coworker. you did a very good job young lady . Resolving the incorrect billing issue.and taking responsibility for the mistake. However it was not your fault!! When the other young lady making sandwich’s was interrupting while you were taking our order. Management although the order was goofed up and despite the fact, My hot sub is cold and No veggies, along with the curds being cold curds cold and grease. And could have had an allergic reaction.die to the eye roller not taking food preparation. Seriously!
This young lady’s ( that cashed us out) actions ,probably save you two customers .
I don’t know if,I would come back! if it wasn’t for the action that she took to correct the issue bill issue.and accept responsibility even though it was not hers to take!!

I don’t mind waiting for food to be prepared or for the cost of the meal. We realize both when we go out to eat. It took 15 minutes to get our food, which was fine, but our hot sandwich and hot sides had no heat to it whatsoever. Almost every soft drink option was out. The sandwich barely had any meat on it and it just looked gross since it was no longer hot. For a place that wasn’t busy, I felt it could have been so much better. It was disappointing for sure.

First of all for all you make believe mouthing off people..My sub sandwiches were absolutely delicious and perfectly made and I’ll definitely be back to order more wonderfully made sub sandwiches from cousins!! Not once have i had any issues!!! Some you people that need attention that badly by posting rude comments please kindly go elsewhere and place your orders !!

The worst experience I ever had! This restaurant is a joke! I’m a travel nurse whose time is limited, I ordered a sandwich there for convenience! Needless to say I was disappointed I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, and I was penalized for doing so. The sandwich made me sick because I don’t eat pork due to religious reasons. I explained this to the staff and the management and was told it was my fault and in order to get reimbursed for my 43.00 and 17 cents I needed to reorder what I wanted or get out of their establishment. This is the worst and most unprofessional place that I ever ate food! They threatened me and harassment me, to reorder a meal and repay for a order that was incorrect. And told me it was my fault and they would not remake my order. To sum it up I ended up getting sick and ended up in the ER! Moral of the story, is to never eat at this establishment period they are unprofessional, touch with a little bit of no customer service skills! place before my life

Used to have the best customer service, but this last time was not good. Workers had their kid in the back wearing dirty crocks and hanging out, pretty sure that shouldn’t be happening. Ordered food and waited half hour while they served people who came in after us, cheesesteak was great fries were barely warm as they got them ready first and then made sub. They need a manager or someone to monitor what’s going on there.
