This is probably the worst subway I have ever been too. They’re always out of so much stuff. Went tonight to get dinner, wanted flatbread but they were out, wanted provolone cheese but they were out, asked to have Swiss cheese and I was given shredded cheese. Asked for ham to be put on my sandwich, but I did not receive any. The drink machines were also out of order. None of this was posted anywhere in the store or was told to us before we started ordering our subs. Workers always have a I don’t care attitude and are rude to customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Let’s just say I’ll be sticking to Publix subs from now on.

Clearly the sign open is on and we went to try to open the door and it’s locked we even read the sign saying it closes at 11 and the two employees started talking to each other arguing I suppose, weather they should open or not while staring at us one was cleaning the other was sitting down on his phone and we just waved and said it was fine, don’t want to waste my money where they obviously don’t want the business to make money. Please update closing hours if so or check your employees and why they are closing 2 hours prior to specified closing hours.

Food was decent and order was done pretty fast. The young man, Chris, behind the register gave me a weird vibe though. It seemed like the girl who made my sandwich was a little uncomfortable too, hopefully management will take a look into the matter.

My mom went into this subway to get sandwich, she read off her list of what she wanted and on my sandwich and my husband’s the only thing on there was the meat and cheese.
We didn’t have any lettuce or anything that my mom asked for.
When I called them up they said they put exactly what she read off the list, I told them no you didn’t because we didn’t get anything on but meat and cheese. Will never go to this location again.
I had to ask if it was subway when they answered the phone, because they did not identify the name of the business.

Awful! Asked for a flatizza, said they don’t have. cause not franchised, independently owned…lol! Then a worker said she could make it but would have to charge close to $5, more than other locations. Asked for mozzarella cheese, they don’t have. Nor do they have turkey or chicken! So I asked for provolone, this is what I got. No box, not good, owner issues here for sure. Corporate needs to check this operation. Big issue with subways in our area NOT being consistent. Girls working were nice, just aren’t trained correctly. Ingredients that they do have, not fresh! Soda is watered down and awful!

Placed a mobile order. Out of everything. Couldn’t get my food or a refund. Poor guy working had no clue. Went back to get my food or a refund. Same guy working. Still out of stuff, but he did his best to make my food with substitutions. Food was still trash. Clean your glass. Never again.

I went to this location to order and they wew going to charge 1.89+ 1.19 for chips and drink when it should be 2.55. Ok it is only a little over 3 dollars so about .50 cent but 2.55 is the advertised price. When I asked the girls said the system would not let them change the price. So really? They called upper management (Jeremy) and he to refuse to fix the price. I was already going to get food there when lettuce was horrible and going to over charge me to. The sad thing is they have done this to countless people and refuse to fix it.
