Worst food and service. Ordered vegeterian tacos at applefest, northborough but he gave me chicken tacos first, when I said that this wasn’t my order he starts arguing with me, then finally gives me this vegetarian tacos, little to no cheese or vegetable. I didn’t want to create a scene since there was a long line, so I left.

I was driving down the street and this truck caught my eye; I absolutely love food trucks, and this place did not disappoint.
I was apparently lucky, the people there told me their is normally a long LONG line for this food.

Enjoyed an amazing lunch with friends during our half-day of Bliss at Release. We tried the Molletes with birria, Quesabirria (my order: extra yum!), and the grilled steak bowl—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Service was top-notch. I’m already planning to bring my family back soon!

I tried Tacoborough next to Release Well Being Center in Westboro and was immediately welcomed as family. Ramone made us the shredded beef quesadillas and the flavor was delicious. A lovely place for a lunch bite!

Tacoborough is the best Mexican food I’ve had in and around Westborough. The veggies are really fresh and everything all around tastes amazing. Plus the people who work there are really friendly. Gone are the days of going to Chipotle for a lunch burrito.

I definitely suggest that you try them. There is a major market gap in the Westborogh mexican food scene, they play a part to fill this market / quality gap. The owner is very friendly, the food is pretty good. Why I can’t give 5 stars? Because they discontinued my favorite burrito, and the substitute selection just did not reach that flavor composition.

I had waited to check this food truck out and let me tell.you, I waited too long. The barria tacos were some of the best I’ve ever eaten and the special order of salsa Verde and fresh chips was incredible. Check out their website for hours and say hi to Ramon and crew
