The Al Pastor Gordita, Carne Asada Plate and Kids Chicken Nugget meal were all freshly made, hot, and delicious! The green and red salsas were also fresh and packed with heat and flavor. A great addition, as always, to our meals. We also tried the churros which, to our surprise, came with a sweet dulce de leche filling. As a new location with new employees, service is a little slower than other locations but I appreciate the communication from staff regarding the status of your order. Front counter staff are friendly and if there were mistakes with orders they appeared to resolve issues fairly quickly.

El pollo rico ?? Haha this is el Pollo SECO !!! Horrible quality on food the last 3 times I’ve been here . This one took the number one foe worst tostadas in town. They powder the old chicken to sell it on a tostada for $12 the size of my hand … yall need to step it up!!!!!!!!! I threw it away. I’m not eating this old chicken from last week .! (That’s what it looks like it’s hard like plastic)… el pollo viejo lo hacen polvo para ponerlo en las tostadas, es un asco este lugar.

First timer. Was super excited about this location opening. I tried the Rico bowl with beef and my son tried the Rico burger. The bowl was a 8/10 for me. The beef was super juicy and delicious. My son said his burger was “mid”. We both agreed that we definitely want to go back and try something else on the menu. The atmosphere was ok. I liked the spacing of the tables because at other restaurants I feel like everything is too close to each other. The music was on point also.

Got 3 plates all with refried beans, 1 being nachos. The beans tasted like gasoline. Packed everything back in the bag and brought it back to ask for a refund because it was a drive thru order but we live close. Staff was no help. Manager left early. Tomorrow I’m supposed to get a refund? Horrible service. Here’s to hoping i get my $40 back.
