I like the concept of this franchise restaurant and how they use the space to create a comfortable environment for customers. I’ve been to Canes multiple times but this store was my favorite so far. Staffs were super friendly. We liked the Texas toast, the chickens that there were well seasoned and crunchy, with its exceptional sauce.

Staff was super friendly (a little uncommon for fast food places). Chicken was well seasoned and crunchy, the texas toast is always going to be my favorite part, a little coleslaw to balance the flavors and their special sauce to dip the chicken and fries. The place is well decorated, and loved to see a pretty large outdoor eating space (also rare for fast food restaurants around here). We dined in, but we could see a large drive through live going by pretty fast. Place was clean and crew members seamed to be cleaning often. They’re open late, also a rarity around here, so now we get a little more options than before.

My partner and I are very happy that Cane’s has finally opened a location in this area! We have eaten here three times since it’s opening a few weeks ago and will definitely be coming back here regularly. The chicken is some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had, and the flavors, freshness, and quality are all so consistent. The fries are nice and thick, and I like their sauce, too. The place is clean and the service is quick and friendly. I also want to give a shoutout to their playlist — I always find myself swaying along to the tunes when I eat here, and they play a good mix of pop songs from the early 2000s to today.

great brand and super good food although this location messed up my order by a big difference. i got a 3 finger combo and they gave me a box of canes sauce cups. i drove all the way home and realized and had to go back so i would recommend checking your food before you leave the restaurant.

You just can’t beat Raising Cane’s! The chicken fingers are always perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. But let’s be honest, the Cane’s Sauce is the real star of the show. I always have to order an extra one. Fast service, friendly staff, and the Texas Toast is buttery perfection. Best fried chicken spot around!

What happened to fast food?
Pre-ordered from here at 6pm. Arrived at 6:30, it wasn’t ready until 6:58.
Price not too shabby, but damn! 1 hour wait til for chicken fingers is new to me.
Atmosphere was rough too because there were about 20 people waiting to just get helped.
If this place wasn’t a part of what I call “the untouchables” (their cult like following), they’d be out of business before you could blink. Good for them, they’ll be fine. Unfortunate for the mom and pops
Shop that provides exponential better product and service, but just lacks the marketing that canes was able to achieve.

Every time I have been to this location (twice in total), I am greeted with a level of friendliness you don’t often see in fast food. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, with warm smiles and upbeat energy that made the whole experience feel welcoming.
For fast food, I was blown away by how fresh and moist it was. The chicken was hot, juicy, and perfectly crispy on the outside, with a golden breading that didn’t taste greasy or heavy. You could tell it hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp—this was made to order. The bun was soft and lightly toasted, with just the right amount of give, and the Cane’s sauce pulled everything together with a tangy, creamy kick.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. My order was packed neatly, the sandwich looked exactly like the photos (rare these days), and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s fast food, yes, but it’s done with care.
If you’re looking for a place that combines top-tier customer service with fast, fresh, flavorful food, Framingham Raising Cane’s hits the mark. Definitely a notch above the usual chain experience.

I love this place, but the night shift crew screwed up my order. Was given the wrong drink and had to tell the cashier to redo it and I had ordered the box combo and ended up with 3 chickens instead of 4 and forgot to give me my extra ketchups. I couldn’t turn around I was far. For all Raising Cane’s lovers check your orders thoroughly before leaving the drive thru.

Employees are most times welcoming, aleays with good customer service.I am a customer here but also a dasher and Is aleays busy and extremely busy on weekends but they are most times pretty fast and acurate with orders.The only couple times I have had an issue manager Chris had run that extra mile to fix it.Also Ash, Gaby and another skinny manager not sure if his name Is Mikey had been Nice.

Not bad. A bit pricey for chicken nuggets/tenders l would recommend it. I’m a single Dad of a 10yr old son and 12yr old daughter. So having a place that serves chicken nuggets every way. It’s a win. Customer service was good and fast.Dinning area was clean. Plenty parking and drive wasn’t busy. Overall I would check ✔️ it again.
