Great little place to grab coffee or a smoothie! We both got coffee! I got the Snickerdoodle hot coffee and my man got the seasonal Christmas campfire hot coffee! Both were really good! Not too sweet and not too strong! Friendly staff and the place was cozy and decorated for the season! They have a visible bathroom behind the counter but when we asked to use it they directed us to the bathrooms next door at the vault store since it was “nicer and more spacious”! We will most likely be back to try the smoothies!

I usually order from here often but after today’s encounter, I will no longer be supporting! My friend and I are next door getting our pedicures, the owner said we could order from Dexters and they would walk it over. We said okay, placed our orders and we had cash to tip for when they came. Well the lady decides to make the assumption they weren’t getting any type of tip because it wasn’t on the card payment. She comes into the nail salon hot! She was very loud in front of all the customers talking about they don’t do this(walk drinks over) and that if they do it’s for the people who tip good! Talking about “Next time add a tip”! Excuse me.. How about we don’t make assumptions and come into another place of business being loud and wrong about a tip! She got $20 but lost two customers. Do better, that behavior was NOT okay!

Stopped here for coffees and we will have to come back to try the smoothies! I got a maple iced coffee with milk, and it was pretty good! Not overly sweet, but also not too strong of a coffee taste. The employees were very polite and the service was quick, we were in and out within 5 minutes. If you are in the area and want a quick coffee then dexters is for you!

Wow, I have heard many many good things about Dexters Smoothie and Coffee so it was always on my list of places I would like to try. I am so happy we finally made the drive down the highway to get a couple smoothies. The place is loaded with option that can be customized for your specific preferences. I had the triple berry super smoothie and it was far superior to anything I have had. The flavor was amazing. I am not exactly sure what the wife ordered but I do know she loved it and we both can not wait to go back to try other amazing flavors.

I go here almost every week. The service is fantastic and very fast. There is indoor and outdoor seating (though not very much) it is a good place to meet no more than 2 other people. The coffees and smoothies never disappoint. Blueberry cold foam remains a favorite of my coffee toppings. As for smoothies, the raspberry avacado is my go-to. It definitely fills me up if I need something to tide me over until I eat again. I definitely recommend this place!

Can’t recommend this place enough. I don’t know why I stopped coming here for a while, but it’s the best hidden gem the city of Norwich has to offer. I wish it weren’t so hidden sometimes, but it just means I get to bring friends, neighbors, family, and blow their minds with the high quality of their smoothies and coffee. Staff is always excellent, especially after fixing a few oopsies with online orders (my fault, not theirs).
Never once have I had a single issue with what I ordered, and that says a lot about the people working there. Never a single mistake from them, and they’ve caught me a few times and helped redirect when I ordered some thing that wouldn’t go well.
I will always plan ahead and go out of my way to come here.

We got three drinks, the service was fast and the employees were very friendly. They had chairs outside and an inside area. Inside and outside were clean and well kept. The frozen dirty chai was amazing!! The smoothies were flavorful and not chalky with the protein powder. I would definitely come back and reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good smoothie!

Very good coffee with a great drink menu. They have all kinds of options and flavors. Prices are very affordable, two LG 30/32 oz Ice coffees was $12. Service was extremely friendly. Depending if you use Google or Waze the opening times vary. Waze was wrong on Saturday and said they open at 9 when in fact they open at 8 so I took my chance and they were open. Go see these friendly workers and get some damn good coffee!

Ive tried their coffee and smoothies a few times. Employees are a little rude and drinks aren’t great. Won’t be back after today’s coffee, over priced and either they forgot to add the actual coffee or it was just 99% milk.
