Gotta say I’ve always came to wingstop for some decently good wings but lately, this is what I been getting. There’s really no excuse for it, it wasn’t busy so you could’ve drained a bit longer. Come on now, I ordered wings not OIL with a side of wings.

I ordered yesterday Super Bowl Sunday They had baskets full of wings just sitting there already cooked( the store was empty no other customers only a few online orders ) my wings were slightly warm and they did have a slight off taste I always order from here and never had wings taste like that my parm had little parm…… I sat at a table that looked clean but it wasn’t fully clean the coke machine was nasty as well it was a slow day and this was how my experience was:/

30 mins for a 6 piece combo is crazy. There’s was about 2 other tables there at most.

Let’s just say if I could leave 0 stars I would. Literally over an hour for my food to be delivered and NO it wasn’t on my uber driver. (Over 15 minutes on “wrapping up my order”) Shameful only reason they’re in business still is there is only less than a handful of options to order wings.

I cannot believe the terrible experience I had at wingstop. The service was absolutely appalling – not only was the waiter cashier girl had attitude and dismissive, but the food took forever to arrive and when it finally did, it was cold and tasteless. To top it off, the manager was completely unapologetic when I voiced my concerns. I will never set foot in that establishment again and I urge others to steer clear as well. Absolutely unacceptable. It’s always the young little girls at night that never know how to act!!!
