I don’t even know where to begin! From start to finish everything was as perfect as it could be. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it extremely special. Our server Lissette made the experience over the top!! She gave us great recommendations and was very personable. We got multiple courses and the food just kept getting better and better. The edamame, tuna takaki, sashimi, and the speciality rolls were all amazing. Thank you Orchid Lounge team for an unforgettable evening. We will be back!

We dined at Orchid Court Lounge at Loews Royal Pacific Resort, and overall it’s a solid option if you’re staying on property.
As someone who lives in NYC, I wouldn’t rave about it — we’re admittedly spoiled when it comes to restaurants. It’s not quite NYC-level for the price point. That said, the decor is gorgeous and very expansive. The dining room feels grand, airy, and special without being stuffy.
The food itself was good — well-prepared and enjoyable, though not particularly memorable. I do wish the menu had a bit more variety – like rice bowls or bbq skewers etc.
For a special occasion without having to leave the hotel, it’s a good time. Convenient, beautiful setting, and an easy choice if you want something a little more elevated on property.

Decent sushi bar for being inside of a hotel. The cheaper rolls are about $14 each and a 20oz beer is $15. So for a decent quick meal and drink you’re looking at a little over $30. I got the spicy tuna roll and my friend got the spicy salmon that he shared. Both were good. Quality of fish was good and the rice was also great. They also sometimes give out Japanese bar snacks if you sit at the bar.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We came for our anniversary and got the Bora Bora Boat which came out in 2 boats, it was a fantastic value! I also got the Shizuku cocktail and was extremely impressed. The service was superb!

Honestly was blown away by the service and quality of food. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was extremely attentive and kind. Loved their spin on an old fashion. The rolls were very good and the wok bowl hit perfectly!

I came here for dinner recently and overall had a pretty good experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, and everything came out in a reasonable amount of time. I especially want to shout out the hostesses, Jas and Genesis, who were both incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made check-in smooth, answered our questions patiently, and just had really kind, positive energy that set a great tone for the night.
The only downside was an interaction with the manager, Josh, who came across as a bit passive aggressive when we asked about a menu item. It wasn’t anything dramatic, but his tone felt slightly dismissive and it stood out compared to how warm the rest of the staff was.
Overall, I’d still come back because the food and most of the service were great — just hoping for a more approachable management vibe next time.

The take out process is terrible. You have to awkwardly wait at the bar to get a bartenders attention to put in a to-go order, it’s not possible to place with the hostess or by phone like any other restaurant. The bartender was pretty rude once I finally got her attention to order. Then, you have to try to find a place to awkwardly wait for your order. Pricey and the food was honestly not good, but I was just desperate after a long flight. Spicy salmon roll smelled like old fish, so nasty.

Food and atmosphere are great, as well as the selection of saki. It was our favorite resturant to dine and we would recommend it to anyone visiting. I do wish there was one more vegan sushi roll option, but they did have a veggie roll. We did have one complaint though that left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths. The first time we dined here we were given water in glasses that was refilled throughout our dinner. The second time we came, the waitress came to our table and asked if we wanted “water”. We said yes and she placed Fiji water bottles down with no additional comments about the water. I saw other guests were given identical bottles of water. We were charged for both of these bottles when we got the tab but did not realize until later. This came across as rather “scammy” and I’m not sure why this resturant or its staff would feel the need to trick guests into a higher tab when the prices are already on the higher end. We were pretty disappointed and gave us a lingering negative feeling about the resturant.

Deysi was an amazing server, she was very polite and helpful. Staff was amazing, very friendly. Jas was very polite and helpful with amazing recommendation. Storm was very polite. Will definitely be coming back. Food, drinks, dessert was simply amazing 10/10.
