Food could be better, bread is usually pretty dry, and ingredients are a hit or miss most the time. But on a positive note, service is always AMAZING. Shoutout to Rae, I’ve had her as a cashier multiple times, she is always so friendly and helpful. I recommend this specific location just because of the friendliness and helpfulness over other locations and business. I would purchase again.

So they don’t practice good quality here. They ring up with their gloves on, and touch all things including their face and counter tops, xerox paper with the same gloves to make your sandwich. Please keep that in mind when visiting this location. Other locations don’t do this. According to the GM (Nicole) this is standard. lol someone needs to tell her it is not!

Do NOT order extras. I requested bacon on two sandwiches, received two pieces on one, nothing on the other. I ordered a drink as well, didn’t receive a straw. Overall, the order took 45 minutes. Although the delivery person was very nice, I wouldn’t recommend this location, especially for lunch breaks.

HOT TOASTED SUB!?! Yes!!!! And they are delicious! Also added new sides. Like potato salad (which was extremely yummy) or pasta salad. I have been dreaming of this day for a long time. Toasted subs at Jimmy John’s.

I eat at this location twice a week, ask for extra peppers on my sandwich and I am lucky if I get enough for every other bite. Messy sandwich making and lack of people caring about their work. I’ll start going to a different location.

Ordered lunch and was charged for toppings that I didn’t ask for and a bag of chips I didn’t order. Noticed it on the receipt because the price seemed more than it should have been. Went back in and was refunded, but if I didn’t notice I would’ve been out almost $5. Not sure if it was a mistake or something they do to make more money in sales. Always check your receipts!

Ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery and 2 of our sandwiches were not made correctly. I called the store and they were able to redeliver our sandwiches that they remade for us. The manager whom I spoke to was very nice and the delivery guy was very polite as well. Thank you for your prompt curious customer service!
