Inconsistent at best. The sandwiches are dry and bland. Used to be so much better. Has definitely gone downhill, which is sad because we go here all the time.
Appreciate your response. The restaurant is clean, staff always nice, but in the last few months the flavor has gotten bland. And this is the impression from 2 other family members as well. Hope to see that change, thank you!

They cater food to my friend’s business weekly and the quality is consistently awesome. The sandwiches are fresh every time, and their sandwich “bowl” has become one of my personal favorites. The turkey club is always spot-on too. Friendly staff, reliable service, and great food—can’t ask for much more. Highly recommend!

Solid JM location. I’ve always gotten friendly service here. I love their cheesesteaks but was never happy with the portions given. One day decided to spend extra and ask for double meat. Was disappointed the second the cashier handed me the sandwich. Could tell by the weight alone it wasn’t worth the extra money. Spent about $17 for a lone cheese steak that wasn’t filling. Jersey Mike’s has solid ingredients but don’t think its worth $12-$18 for half a sandwich. A lot of franchises are skimping on portions in 2025 so I don’t blame them. For that price, I’d go to Sub Pub down the road. Again, sandwiches are SOLID, but I don’t think they’re worth their menu prices.
