It’s true what they say, hole in the wall places are the absolute treasures….this place was Yummy Delicious! The owner was super nice and patient while we read over the menu. We got the Cajun Pasta with shrimp, sausage, crawfish, and chicken..because why not try all the protein. We added a side of garlic bread, 6 wings in cajun seasoning, KC Cajun Fries with Shrimp & Crawfish, and the Gumbo with Chicken & Sausage. What we loved most was the overall flavor and quality of the food. Everything was perfectly seasoned except the Gumbo. It was very salty and the rice wasn’t cooked through. We may try it again as you never know if it was just a bad day for their Gumbo. I wish they would have had a couple tables or bar tops to do a quick eat and go. Always more enjoyable to eat when the food is served fresh and hot. But no complaints, we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Small location but full of good tasty food. My salmon salad was delicious and huge I had two meals off it. Can’t wait to go back for the seafood pasta. It’s definitely a pick up and take home place no dine in option really. The staff were very nice and if you’re planning an event they cater. I will definitely be returning.

KC Cajun Food Truck came to my job today, and it was SO good. I have never had Cajun food before, and after this, I will be eating more of it. Not too spicy. The pasta was flavorful, and you got a lot of it.
My only complaint, I wish it hadn’t been so cold out. 🙂

It’s been four months since I judged a food truck competition and got to try their food. The flavors were great. The truck and cook were clean. The branding looked great. I really enjoyed the Cajun flavors and felt the balance was good. It could have been crispier, though. If texture be is as important to you as me, keep in mind on anything fried. But I am admitting it’s been a while since I enjoyed the food so perhaps they’ve been made some tweaks.

When I say I cannot stress enough how good their food was. Whew! The portion size was nice & full & the quality was over exceeded my expectations!!! I had the Cajun pasta & tried the fry dish (like the pasta it has the cheese sauce with the meats of your liking) maaaaan both were delicious. Do walk run to this restaurant , I’m telling you!

Morning of July 26, 11:45am your branded food truck blatantly ran a stop sign in a neighborhood. Terrific way to advertise ones business, ignoring posted traffic signs and endnagering the lives of not only other drivers but their own family as there was a small child in the passenger seat. Will not consider eating at this establishment, and will be actively avoiding the food truck
