I wish I could rate zero stars, but that wouldn’t be low enough. For the past few weeks, all of my interactions with the store have been very poor. On one occasion, I witnessed a child walking in and out of the back of the store and saw him for a brief moment saw him near the back of the sandwich making area (which is a health code violation). Another time I was wanting to order meatballs, but I noticed they were unusually cold when I took a bite of the sandwich, and the soda I ordered tasted off and I looked at it and noticed it had a cloudy look to it. Within a few hours of eating my sandwich, I started feeling sick. It’s the absolute WORST subway I have ever been to! So disappointed in my experience, and I will never come back!!

The young woman who was working new years day made this visit to subway really great. All smiles and a great attitude. Exactly who I would want greeting or serving my customers.

Awful management. Some lady in her 30s. Last time I went I placed an order online and they wouldn’t fix my food until everyone in the building (and new people walking in) was served so I had to get in line and have her make it. Now they forget a whole foot long off of my order… PLEASE FIRE HER OR CLOSE

Would rate zero if possible. Ordered online – first mistake – but they have started making the meat/cheese area so you can’t see them preparing your sandwich so it doesn’t necessarily matter.

Husband’s sub added mayo to his tuna – they put it on top of veggies and mayo is everywhere. Tuna was dry. Will not order online again and now that Jersey Mike is in town – may not go back.

I asked for extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce on my wrap and it was like 6 times more than the most I have ever had watching them and asking for extra. It was swimming.

See photo of tuna.

Well this review was not going to start out with five stars but it certainly made it there. We made an online order that was not prepared upon arriving we were told by a very rude ( I stop myself short from saying lady and my mother wouldn’t appreciate what I want to call her!) employee that more than 5 sandwiches ( which was 3 foot longs and 2 6 inch ) were a catering order and have to be ordered an hour and a half in advance. Well we paid on line so since there wasn’t a mask in sight opted to have a refund. Well the…… employee rudely told us she could not refund to do it online. Ask for managers contact number and refused to give it. Finally dialed it herself and gave us the phone. Now it gets professional, Wayne was there within 5 minutes. Very apologetic , the kind of manager you wish was in every establishment you walk into. Reprimanded the deserving employees ( it wasn’t just one rude one ) personally made our sandwiches and gave a full refund. The one shining employee in the shop was an extremely polite young man named Jonathan. He was awesome . Youngest one in the store and the only customer oriented one. Turns out great, Wayne was amazing food was fantastic as usual and I will be back often for sure. Although hopefully you know who will be employed elsewhere!

So I went into Subway today being May 17. There’s a lot of flies flying around and there was one young girl working by herself named Skyler. She said it was only her third day and of course she still was learning but she was doing an excellent job. I think that they should have at least one more person in there helping her because she was having to do everything, and there was a few of us in there at one time, but I just wanted to let Subway know is definitely an asset to Subway. She did an excellent job. , but I just wanted to let Subway know is definitely an asset to Subway. She did a excellent job and her customer service skills are among the best.

The young lady who made our sandwiches did an awesome job. She washed her hands and while doing so greeted us friendly and quickly. If it had just been her this store would have gotten all 5 stars from me easier then anyone ever.. What happened next disgusted me. A coworker came out from the back touching her hair and checked the temperature of the meatballs with no gloves and not washing her hands first. She went back to the back and came out chewing something (so she’s eating while working and I’m guessing not washing her hands…) and puts a tray of bacon in the line (which had no dead pan in it to keep the line from getting to high in temperature)..again no gloves… then she came out and opened a oven door again no gloves. Then comes carrying out trays to put in the oven again with no gloves.. still chewing… puts them in the oven turns around not washing her hands and puts on gloves to take a gentleman’s order behind us. As a general manager of several restaurants over the years I would have fired her on the spot. Simply because touching something containing raw foods and dough then not washing your hands and using gloves to make a ready to eat food item is cross contamination. That can cause food born illness and make anyone who comes into contact with what she’s touched sick. I was only there for a few minutes and witnessed several things that go against health regulations for handling ready to eat food all by this one girl. I most likely won’t be back to this location.

Sadly and against my better judgment I decided to try to eat my meatball sandwich. It tasted fine so we continued eating. Now it’s a little after 11pm and I’m sick and probably going to be sleeping next to this God forsaken toilet until whatever this is is over. Thanks for taking your customers well being into such “high consideration”… I’ll definitely not be going back.

Subway is all we have eaten today. There are zero other reasons for this. It is ridiculous. This establishment needs some serious help.

I ordered a salad through their app, got home and they forgot to put lettuce in my salad. I didn’t want spinach in it but they put enough spinach to make it okay. I also ordered the Titan turkey sub which had no lettuce and no black olives. No pickles. Yeah I get it. It was buy one get one free but we will not be going back to that Subway again.
