Took them exactly 52 minutes to complete my 1 pizza order. Stood up in the store along with 6-7 other unhappy pickup customers. Looked like they were prioritizing the delivery pizzas – their in-store status board showed orders that were entered later than mine (and other’s) moving up and getting done while pickup customers are waiting in store.

The wrong One
Never really had an issue with dominos until this last Friday.. I got most of the way through a large pineapple pizza when I bit into something very hard,almost felt like hard plastic.. Not cool, not cool at all

Honestly if I could give this location less than a 1 star I would. Consistently over the last year I have had an issue with every single order I have placed. Whether it’s my order not being made for 2 hours with no notice because of “being under staffed”, not getting half of the items I asked for on multiple occasions, to tonight where I got my Philly sandwich with a total of half a slice of meat on it. The manager remade my food correctly when I came back to the store to show them what I had received. However, I managed at multiple locations from Orlando to Venice for 5 years and was lucky to have been chosen by my store to get the opportunity a full day of training with the CEO of the company Patrick Doyle back in 2016 and I know that the way things are being handled are no where near company standards. Management here has been a train wreck and it really needs to be addressed by the franchise owners if they want to know why their location isn’t doing well. This is only the second negative review I have ever left in my years of dining out or delivery because I truly thought this was necessary and truly want the owners to know what is happening.

OVER SAUCED every time! Please teach your employees the right amount of sauce needed for the pizza! Two times in a row we had to throw the pizza out due to it having Soooooo MUCH sauce! Ridiculous!

As a single father with 4 kids and 2 disabled, I go to Domino’s often and have not had a problem until today. I ordered on-line and went the store when the phone said it was ready. I biked up and had plenty of time I thought till the rain would start coming down. When I entered the store I noticed my name not on the board which was weird. I then asked for the pizza once I confirmed it was ready online. The cashier was very polite and helpful. Then he asked for the managers assistance. I showed confirmation I paid for the pizza and it was at that adress online. Ray the manager then said well let’s get those pizza for you. Took the order and advised me to cancel my other order. I cant, I paid through Vemno from a friend who just wanted to help out as has a busy day. So I sat and behind me a monsoon developed and I was getting worried as I had to bike home. I then was told I needed to pay again for pizza after I showed I already paid. After pleeding with the manager he just smiled at me and said he couldn’t do anything. Like he got some type of enjoyment in me leaving on a bike empty handed. It was embarrassing, humiliating, and frankly the weirdest involvement with a manager I’ve ever had. Ive reached out to corporate as well considering I feel more then robbed at this moment from this establishment.

When I asked them to reduce the sodium content, they say they can’t. The pizza dough is heavily salted. Sounds like a corporate decision as salt is cheap.
