I pulled up in the drive through and asked for a classic roast beef sandwich, and to my dismay, the young woman announced that they were completely out of roast beef, and they were out of brisket as well. When the slogan is “We Have The Meats”, I would expect that you would indeed, have the meats. However, with that being said, when the restaurant is fully stocked, I’ve never had any complaints

After standing at the counter for 5 minutes looking at 3 employees talking in front of the cookers I finally said hello 3 times. A female employee finally said “we will be with you, eventually” . I replied “nope, I’ll go some place else that wants to keep thier doors open” your fast service is a joke!!

Gotta be one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever got anywhere. I know nobody’s sandwiches ever look like the pictures but this was insane. It’s supposed to have stuffing, cranberries fried onions Swiss cheese all these different things on it and I had to peel it open to see if there was anything on it. Maybe a half a bite of stuffing half a slice of cheese two cranberries and 3 tiny onions maybe 3/4 of an inch around. There was enough toppings if you scraped it all together for about two bites

Took incredibly long after the drive thru person couldn’t seem to understand apple sauce us a side option on the kids menu. After we waited forever, our order was missing several items. I went in and I was the only customer so that is very concerning there were 2 employees who couldn’t get one order of 4 meals correct. It’s been several visits with this same experience.

Listen I waited in line for 30 minutes for a single buffalo chicken wrap, after the wait and I had my money taken and the food given to me. The lady who took my money was very disrespectful. She had an attitude, and I asked for ranch at the speaker and there was none. I also got no napkins, no receipt, I’m pretty sure the change was wrong. This isn’t even the first time something like this has happened to me. I’ve waited 30 minutes on several occasions for a single Buffalo chicken wrap. This is single worst fast food place I have ever been too. This is the first time I’ve been so pissed at a place to eat that I’ve written a complaint. End of story never go here.

Placed an order in the drive thru today, fairly straight forward order. Waited a half hour in the drive thru and yep order was wrong. Went in to get the order fixed and really bad attitudes given all the way around. Said never mind just give me a refund, which they really seemed to enjoy doing also, sounds like a common problem there. Watched the three cars behind me also get out and go in guessing for wrong order, from across the street actually getting the right food from another place,I won’t be wasting my time going there anymore. At least the one in my hometown is still awesome
