Been here a bunch as a local. Hate seeing bad reviews. Mostly staffed by high school kids, but they have always been attentive and provided excellent service to me and my family. Subs taste great. Done drive through and dine-in multiple times. Never had an issue. Very clean restaurant. Will keep coming back!

Hi. I tried to post about this comment on Salem community group, but it was denied. Not sure why, but I wanted to give a shout out to our Salem Subway. I went there Saturday night, and I was fortunate enough to have a young man named Trey help me. He was so nice and welcoming. He made my sandwich so good and he was just a pleasure to talk too. I am so glad there are nice kids like him to work in the community. Way to go Trey and Salem Subway!

I ordered a 6″ steak, eggs , and cheese breakfast and the employee only put 1/4 of one tray of meat on it. Tasted like eggs, and bread. Most breakfast subways are great, but this subway in Salem is not one of them. Was there 8-29-25 around 9am

Worst BLT I’ve ever had. All it tasted like was bread. New employees at Subway want to skimp on bacon when you order a BLT. This is what I get ordering today using the Subway App. If I’m not in there at the counter watching some of the workers make my sandwich, they will not put the right amount of bacon! Please it’s a BLT, there should be more Bacon learn your job.

We ordered online at 6:07 and the app said they would be ready at 6:25. My daughter had a game to get to so this was perfect. However, upon arriving at 6:25 we were told that the sandwiches were not even started because they “got busy.” We waited until 6:41 until we received our sandwiches and honestly we would have got them sooner if we did not order online. So what is the purpose of ordering online if you cannot provide the customer service to match what you say? Zero urgency by the employees. Last time we trust a Subway as we were late to our daughters game.

Sadly I was so disappointed that I decided not to eat at this place. I was having system issues while ordering on the app and when I asked for assistance, the young lady up front called the manager on duty and she said she couldn’t help me. I asked her if they had a WiFi password and she said no. I asked her if she could honor the discount from the app in store and she said their system doesn’t have the buttons to mark down the prices. I got irritated for two particular reasons. First, the so called manager has no people skills. She wouldn’t focus on what I was saying. She would just continue do whatever it is she was doing. That to me is so disrespectful. As representative dealing with a customer, you’ve got to listen to the customer’s concerns. She did none of that. The second issue is that in 2024, how can you have a system that doesn’t give you the ability to modify your prices? What system is #subway running in? Don’t try to mess with our intelligence. This used to be my favorite location but this all changes now!
