Very good ice cream with solid service. The large fallen tree trunks with flowers planted in them out front and on the west gave a real up north feel…lol. Surprised more people weren’t here on a beautiful Friday evening. We enjoyed and will be back next time we’re in Houghton Lake.

Absolutely huge servings, and the prices were super affordable. There is ample seating all around the building but it is all outdoors. Service was fast and friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. We recommend you try the cherry pie sundae. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait.

What a change from last year good ice cream but literally 4 bites for a double scoop. That’s no joke the moose track in the picture was a spoonful and the peanut butter cup was maybe 2 and a half bites!!

Sno-Queen was just what we were looking for to curb our cravings. Staff was very friendly and helpful in our decision.
I was able to get a half-chocolate half-strawberry shake! Our burgers and fries were equally delicious. We really appreciate their choice in compostable paper goods; cups, straws, plates, napkins!

When driving into parking lot, my first impression is that the building looks old and is in rough shape. The list of ice cream on the outside also is in rough shape. Never seen an ice cream place with such a lousy looking display of choices. My malt shake clearly had no malt in it. The young lady’s at the counter were very nice and helpful.

We come here all the time, the place seems to be pretty popular. They have soft served, hard ice cream as well as some specialty ice cream.

The service wasn’t very good and the ice cream wasn’t the best. Sure it was edible and all, but it could have been better. The ladies who were working there when I was there weren’t very nice and slammed the window in our face twice. They messed up our orders pretty badly as well. Sure if you’re nearby and are desperately craving ice cream it soothes the craving. Just not in the most effective way.
