I ordered a medium beef pizza on thin crust with extra sauce and the lava cakes When it got to my house, my order was wrong. They put it on hand tossed dough. I called up there and let them know. The manager was so rude to me and it took Them another 40 minutes to deliver it to my house, even though I can literally see the store from my address And when it got here, it was on thin crust, but it was totally burnt. It’s like they did it on purpose. I took pictures of it. It was supposed to be my kids dinner. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not order from them. They don’t care about quality or customer service system. In general manager does not be to be employed there. She is not it very unprofessional very unapproachable and just downright nasty and rude. I’m gonna have to give my business to another pizza place. I can’t keep dealing with her and poor quality.

I moved here from AZ two years ago this January and we’ve probably (embarrassingly) ordered Dominos once a month since we’ve been here! We’ve only ever had an issue maybe twice and we’ve always been compensated! The food is always so good! Staff is always so friendly and the delivery drivers are always so kind! Big huge shoutout to our delivery guy who delivered our pizza to us tonight in all this snow! My car wouldn’t have made it! Thank you so much!

I have never contacted corporate before but my husband and I were blown away with this particular Dominoes. I sent an email to corporate about how pleasant the employees were, how clean the facility was, and how beautiful the food came out. I’ve lived in many, many, places and I’ve never seen dominoes pizza come out so appealing. Whoever was working on 11/17/25 at around 830 PM needs plenty of verbal praise and RAISES! We are SUPER happy with this place!

Holy crap y’all 80s and 90s kids Steven Spain is in this house… if you don’t know that name then you weren’t cool…. These guys are awesome it’s an incredible atmosphere and if you’re not sure what to order just ask for the Spain it’s delicious…. Steven was a local radio celebrity here in pauls valley for many years while we still have the radio station… I’m sure the people that matter will remember go by and say hi, sorry about the picture I couldn’t help myself I ate most of it before I got home… Lol

Workers were ignorant, gave us a pizza without sauce, hardly any cheese, and no ham like we asked. When we asked for a side of ham they said it would take 10 minutes. When one of the workers walked in for his shift you could just smell the pungent aroma of body odor when he walked past us

I love domino’s as it’s the only pizza place I can consistently want more of, but there not being a single thing right with my pizza is getting annoying. Every single time without fail when I request extra sauce unless I call and make sure It never has extra sauce, as you can tell from the picture yet again nothing from my requests were properly done
