My gf and I stopped into this cute location that’s just the coffee and pastry location and Lisa was extremely friendly and very helpful with recommendations and mentioned stopping at the other location down the road. Very enjoyable experience will absolutely be back! Keep up the good work Lisa!

I love district donuts and I’ve been coming here for years since they originally opened. I always say I’m not going to get a doughnut but manage to grab one every time with my coffee. This wee gooey corn doughnut was quite tasty even though it seems weird. The ambience is chill and casual and the service is relatively quick. I’ve eaten multiple items, including the sliders and the chicken sandwiches and none of them disappoint. They are consistently the same, which is hard to find a New Orleans. This is my go to breakfast spot and if you come during the summer, they have slider specials.

What a vibe! Loved everything from the service to the amazing coffee and food options! Do yourself a favor and skip Starbucks for a local gem like this. Can’t wait to go back. Kolaches, donuts, and coffee …..life is good.

Tiny shop that delivers what you want. If there’s four or five people ahead of you prepared to wait a bit, I drink black coffee and it was just fine. A donut long with it was all good outdoor seating very limited parking not existent still for the local Neighbourhood great option.

The worst service I have ever received in my life. The person I went to on September 21, 2025, in the afternoon, and the person who served me were the worst. The donuts have been in the display case for a long time, and the coffee is nothing special.

Was craving a burger & District did not disappoint! Although I’m a fan of a thick, medium rare burger & not the small patties, it was cooked so perfectly that it was DELICIOUS! All the accoutrements, aioli, tomatoes, etc, made it sooo messy & good! Also yummy waffle fries & Vietnamese coffee. Great service!

Wow!!! Thats what I can say about the donuts here . The coffee is of high quality and the atmosphere is quintessential new orleans. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for our dozen person run club. 10/10 will be back … again… and again.

We visited as tourists after finding favorable reviews on Yelp. The staff was friendly to explain their menu and answer questions, as we arrived during a mid-morning lull. We loved our breakfast sandwiches and grabbed a delicious donut to-go. Highly recommend. Don’t think, just go!

Great coffee, pastries and service. Loved the cinnamon roll, espresso and cappuccino. Although a tiny place, great to hang out for a few minutes and enjoy the brews. The only issue is usually parking so drive carefully and don’t fret walking a bit to get there, it will be worth it.

I would hazard to call whatever I had a donut, but whatever you would call it, was certainly delicious.

The sign could be hard to spot and the exterior is a little– on the intimidating side– but through that door is a magician’s workshop.

The staff make no compromise, so when I thought of ordering something as innocuous as a ”cinnimon roll” I had no clue of the blowtorch that was about to be used (Awesome.)

In summary, this place sells pieces of art.

Bonus: coffee is great too
