John our server was the best. He had great recommendation. We ordered the sea bass along with the mashed potatoes and the mushroom flatbread appetizer. Plus of course we had a couple of drinks. This place is absolutely amazing for a great day night on Dixon Street in Fayetteville. Right next to the piano bar. Makes for a great afternoon

Saw that this new restaurant just opened and had to give it a try. Wasn’t disappointed at all. Went for an early dinner, but made reservations just in case. Wait staff was extremely professional and helpful. The food was well seasoned and arrived at our table in a timely manner.

6 of us ate here for the 1st time. It was a beautiful atmosphere, great service, absolutely delicious food. 2 of us had pork shanks ( outstanding), 2 had sea bass, and 2 of us had crab cake appetizers with salads. Every entree was cooked perfectly. Drinks were also good. We will definitely return. Its pricey but well earns the amount.

Pork shank is STUNNING. It was so good I had to share a bite with my whole family and they all agreed it was absolutely delicious. Melt in your mouth tender and it comes on mashed potatoes with a jus/gravy. The other people at the table said they would order it when they came back next time instead of what they had this time. Not that what they had this time was it good, it was all delicious, but the pork is just that good. they have a limited cocktail menu but they’re all good. What’s the we came pretty soon after they opened, so this might’ve changed later down the line but as of right now they do not have dessert besides Affogato, which barely counts. We came on a Friday and it was very loud. They could definitely do with some help with the acoustics. otherwise a gorgeous space, great service, and great food. great to come here for a nice dinner out or a celebration.

I’ve been several times, and have now tried nearly everything on the menu. Every item has been excellent, from the drinks (the owners KNOW how to make a good beverage), the apps, entrees, and desserts. They also hosted a party for our firm (group of 20), and everyone was really impressed. Lastly, I know this won’t last for long, but I love that it’s been relatively easy to get a table, especially at brunch, when it seems every other well-known spot has an hour+ wait.

This was our second fantastic visit to The Collective and as soon as we found out they were adding brunch we knew we had to make plans to return ASAP (brunch is my favorite meal of the day)! This time we had a group of ~20 for a birthday celebration. Not only is the space gorgeous yet comfortable, the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating but the food was so well done. The Collective was such a good add for the NWA restaurant scene not to mention one of the best brunch experiences we have had in a long time. We live an hour away and it’s worth the commute!

Very cool atmosphere but most importantly, the food was really amazing. We got the pot stickers, which were lightly breaded and full of vegetables I ordered the prime rib, the dish my fiends have been raving about, but they were out. Must be good because our reservation was at 7:00. I ordered the shrimp de jonghe and it was amazing. My wife had the Chilean sea bass which we were told was flown in fresh from Chile. It was a large, beautiful, perfectly cooked piece of fish. Everything we ate tasted fresh. Ill be back for my prime rib.

We booked Ben’s apartment for a party of 16. Food was fairly good. Service was awful. They put the mashed potatoes out about 20 mins prior to serving the main courses. We paid a $400 service fee and had essentially no service. There was one bartender taking care of us plus all the other customers. They brought us wine glasses and that was about it. Disappointed in the service, but the venue is beautiful and the food was good overall.
* update – management did reach out and explained they had some staffing issues that caused a disruption to our service.

I had a really bad experience at this place. I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for 7:00 and we didn’t get seated until 7:25. After we got sat down it took 10 minutes to get menus. When we were finally able to order they had just sold out of the prime rib (1 of 5) things on the menu and I got the lobster instead. We also got the sea bass and the piece of fish was smaller than 4” and it was $45 with nothing else. We also got a side of zucchini and it didn’t come until after we finished the food. Our server was absolutely great and I don’t want anything to reflect on her, just the entire experience was really awful.
