Alecia made my burger king experience amazing ! I ordered online at 10:30pm ish at night. When I got there Alecia had a good attitude and was super sweet! Which is definitely not typical for a late night food pick up! Everything in my order was fresh hot ,delicious and I had a perfect amount of sauce!! Thank you so much for making my day better !!

I was traveling from Tennessee and arrived at the location at 10:14 pm. I tried to open the doors because Google Maps said it closed at 12, but the employees just stared at us and didn’t even tell us that the drive-thru was open. We figured it out ourselves and got in line. We saw them serving the car in front of us. We waited for about five minutes, hoping they would at least say “hello, we’ll be right with you” or something. We started saying “hello, hello, hello,” but got no response, even though we could see them inside.

I was excited to try the new snack wrap because my friends told me how good it is. I was SO disappointed by this Burger King I stopped by at 🙁 chicken was cold and old. And it wasn’t even wrapped correctly. It just fell open once I opened the wrap. So disappointed. I guess the location matters when it comes to food quality.

We’re on this side of town 2 or 3 times a month, and for the last few times we’ve eaten here, the wait time for food or service is incredibly long. Food is usually shoved in a bag even though we are dining in. Tonight we were at the counter for at least 5 minutes before we seen anyone, and then the girl comes to the counter, and instead of greeting us, or taking our order, she starts taking a order from the drive thru. Was hoping this was just a couple off night’s, but seems like it going to be a normal thing for this store.

I pulled up to the drive-through. I was second in line on the outside perimeter and I was told to hold on. I said OK all of a sudden the person who is in charge of taking the orders at the drive-through takes the order of the car that showed up after I was waiting in line and then proceeded on to take a second order while I’m still waiting. So I go into the building to ask to speak to a manager and some young gentleman said to me what happened explain to him and he was extremely rude. He told me you need to leave. We only have one person I said that’s fine but I don’t need to be sitting there letting everybody else place their order while I’m still sitting there. I was next in line. This is the last time I will ever buy anything from your place and or Burger King itself. It’s happened many times rude rude very very rude people you have working behind a counter for you that’s it. It’s that simple.

I ordered a sandwich which was made incorrectly. They told me to pull up they would bring me the corrected sandwich. The girl came out with the sandwich handed it to me. I told her it’s cold. She turned around after sticking her hand in my face and went inside. When I went inside with the sandwich she began yelling at me and then the manager stepped over. When I raised my boys over hers and told me to leave. They never get sandwiches correct? And the employees are beyond rude
