Just moved to the west end. In the 30 or so of my 47 years of life, I’ve lived in the sault but never the west end. I was worried about this end of town because because Sandros and Primo are my go-to spots. But after not wanting to go all the way east, I tried this spot. Amazing. Extra saucy wings and dynamite pizza. Absolutely amazing!

I initially ordered this pizza around 1 a.m. for a late-night snack and it was so pathetically made that I actually took two bites and spit it out. The $40 I spent on it was even more upsetting because I called them today and told them about this horrible experience and I did speak with the manager, he basically told me that I was s*** out of luck and basically not to bother ordering from them ever again therefore I felt it necessary to leave a nasty review because it was a nasty experience! I even offered to send him a couple pictures to his cell phone and he refused!!!! I think the photos speak for themselves!!!! I will never ever order pizza from this place ever again.

Love their food but the service isn’t the friendliest. And even though they say open till 1am I tried placing an order at midnight and they didn’t answer the phone, so I went there at 11:30 and they refused to take my order. Im sure that wouldn’t happen if the owner was there.unfortunately he’s not usually there at night.

I do not live in Sault Ste Marie any longer (over 35 years) but this pizza place has always made the best pizza and never fails to taste amazing! I try to order whenever we are in the area visiting, even if it’s just to take back home to Orillia ON for leftovers!! Highly recommend

Worst customer service ever. No hair nets, big curly hair in wings! I ordered sausage & green peppers but decided on mushrooms & sausage. I confirmed with boy mushrooms & sausage. I get home on mcnabb Street, I saw green peppers. I called immediately and the kid called me a liar. I was appalled, he wouldn’t listen to anything I said. He kept cutting md off and not listening to a word. I should have ordered from our usual,but my husband said this was the place. THIS ISNOT THE PLACE. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. AN UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT

We had their veggie pizza, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas we’ve had in the Soo!
A special thank you to David, who made it with such perfection — every slice was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to absolute delight. Even though our good friend Johnny (the owner) had worked earlier in the day, it was heartwarming to see his team deliver the same passion and quality.
