We stopped here for lunch on a whim while traveling through and the bbq snob in me was absolutely thrilled to finally taste a pulled pork sandwich which had me feeling I was back in the south! It satisfied every tastebud and hit all the yes’s from this southern chick. I got mine with the onions and my husband added pickles. We both loved loved loved! Totally recommend!!

We ordered a Texas burger, Miss Piggy burger, and animal tots. Everything was delicious. The burgers were supposedly 1/2 lb patties, but they had to be closer to 3/4!

We are new to the Burley, ID area. Someone said to check out the cute town of Albion so we did. How do you pass by a food truck called Piggy Sue’s? Fantastic find! I had the Mac Daddy with brisket. (Be prepared for a hefty portuon) My guy had the brisket sandwich. So yummy! and they sell the brisket by the pound! Yes, we did. Definitely worth the senic drive. I believe the sign says, Open Wed thru Sat 11am to 8 pm until winter. The staff said they do a catfish fry once a month too! I am checking that out! This stop was a bonus to a fun day of exploring the area.

I’m a recent transplant in Burley ID from Texas. Born here but came back to be with family. Piggy Sue BBQ is great Texas BBQ. I had the Brisket sandwich with tots, extra jalepeño,and onions. The service was great, family style along with the food. I’ll definitely be back to try out their plates.

We catered Piggy Sue BBQ for our family reunion of 100+ people.
The sides were good (beans, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread). But the brisket may be the best brisket I’ve ever had. The BBQ sauce was also amazing. I couldn’t get enough.
We don’t drive through Albion often, but I’ll make the detour off hwy 30 just for this bbq now.

I have been passing thru Albion for years and hadn’t tried Piggy Sue’s until today. The 3 meat plate with brisket, pulled pork, and ribs was enough food for my wife and I to share – it was amazing! Will be going back!
