I went to Kens Lounge mostly because I’m new to the area and was checking out different establishments. The place was clean, the bartender was friendly as were the locals, the jukebox was playing what I consider good rock music.

Didn’t try any food while I was there, they have 2 nice pool tables in a side room and 1 extremely nice large table in the front. The parking lot is in the back and easier to get into by driving around the block to what GPS direction you get.

New owner Robin is cool. I just have had a few issues that could have been resolved better in the past. They have outstanding outside environment for a dive bar and I want this bar to do well. It feels like a second home.

It’s ok the service is a little rude and uninviting! Not a lot of fun cuz its for the older older crowd of people that have known each other for decades. Boring if your not in their crowd or age range!!! LoL! Not for me maybe others but not my cup of tea!! Sorry not sorry just my opinion is all!!!

Ken’s bar was pretty great. Very nice bartender and feels like a friendly comfortable place to be, but they only played certain music and it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be on a Friday, lol. BUT over all it was nice and relaxing AND I got to get out of the house away from the kids for a night

Ken’s sits right across from the steel mill and, back in the day, I’m sure it was a rumble tumble place but now it’s just a nice neighborhood tavern with three pool tables, an outdoor smoking area that’s covered and walled with a privacy fence and child drinks. Like the area, the characters may not always be pretty but they’re usually pretty friendly.
