2nd time here and both times was exceptional service the young man today was polite wasn’t overwhelmed by the non stop customers making selective sandwiches. This is also the one subway that is consistently clean and always has great staff!

I just ordered 2 subs online from the Subway at 1795 Saint Lucie West Blvd at the Shell station online which I have been doing for quite some time with only one issue in the past which the owner took care of. My card was charged but when I went to pick up no one was there. I called and spoke to a man who said they never received my order. I just called again and was told to contact Subway customer service but only heard a recording stating to go to the app. I did get a confirmation sent to my email that I was charged and everything was ok. Now when I try to call nobody answers the phone probably because they don’t want to deal with this. Beware of this Subway and if you do order make sure you go there in person to order and maybe there will be someone there!

Ordered a turkey sub after a dr appointment so I could eat after, wound up checking the meal after a long day and it wound up being tuna. I can’t eat seafood as I have allergies, and couldn’t drive back after as medical issues didn’t allow me to drive. Tried to contact the manager of the establishment and not one call back.
