What horrible service. Put in a mobile order 10 min prior to getting to this ancient example of a Burger King. Was not greeted when I pulled up yo the drive thru. Then with no one behind me at the window I was told to pull up and wait for my food. I guess I didn’t do it fast enough as the server then barked at me again to move forward. I don’t care about you faking your drive thru times. After waiting for almost 10 min we finally got the food. There is a reason the bk in the area keep closing down. Do better

I recently visited Burger King expecting a good experience, but I was quite disappointed. The food was not fresh at all—it tasted stale and lacked flavor. The employee taking the order seemed confused and was unable to get it right, which added to the frustration. However, the manager was polite and understanding when I raised my concerns. She handled the situation professionally and apologized sincerely. While I appreciated her response, the overall experience was still negative due to the poor food quality and untrained staff. I hope they work on improving their service and food standards in the future.

Was parked immediately after ordering along with 7 other cars that came behind me. Ordered a chicken wrap and waited 15 minutes for a cold wrap with a small chicken piece in it that was cut from im assuming (and hoping) a filet?, old lettuce, and a huge splash of honey mustard. Waiting that long for a wrap with 3 ingredients is confusing to me… but waiting for one that looks like the picture I’m attaching is crazy work. I rarely buy Burger King in general, but it’s a HARD pass for me. If you serve food like this, what does the inside look like? Cleanliness? Hygiene? Just nasty.

If I could give it -stars, I would. Sadly, I do not feel they even deserve 1 star
Two out of 3 times I have visited this location, I have walked out after waiting 10+ minutes. Never once acknowledged by being there in any way. Every last person there including their shift manager (who had to come up from and print a receipt for someone) looked directly at me and kept doing everything but take my order. Drove to another location and within 30 seconds they were taking my order.
I will not be returning to this location again.

Night shift service was horrible! Took forever to take my order. Then didn’t make my food the way I asked. Gave only two of my drinks and they weren’t even the right drinks. Then they messed my daughter’s food up. I asked for a girls kids meal, they gave me a boys meal and the wrong burger ♀️ never going back!

I think late at night the staff maybe doesn’t care or is uninterested in paying attention to what the orders consist of. I ordered through DoorDash, and I received 3 correct items out of 6 items(not including drinks). It’s incredibly frustrating especially late at night when I’m expecting my dinner for the night to be accurate in what I ordered. On top of that, the food was not good. This is a lesson learned for me.

Just awful! We waited in the drive through 15 minutes for a Whopper Jr. Meal and chicken fries meal. We were pulled up. When the worker brought our food it wasn’t our order. It was the person behind us order. We had to let them out of the drive through line. Waited longer and then finally got our food. Get it home and the chicken fries and French fries were so dried out and hard it was ridiculous! With as long as we waited you’d think the food would have been made fresh and hot!!! What a joke this place is!

I’ve hardly ever had a problem when visiting this BK, which I believe is inside the Pontiac City limits but, is very close to Auburn Hills. Most of the time, I just order at the speaker and use traditional paper coupons but, have also ordered ahead in the app. Oh, and I usually go to this location in the evening or nighttime hours so, this might make a difference?

New guy in the window sucks. Didn’t apply deals available everyday. And parked me for the longest. And to top it off he forgot two of my items. Didn’t hand me a receipt either. But asked for a receipt when I asked for my missing items.
