I was the only one in the store on my 30 min break for lunch so I thought it would be fast but i ordered one number 13 and had to wait 20 minutes for one sandwich because they decided to make a whole catering order before my one singular sandwich so I just had to leave without the sandwich cause my break ended and I couldn’t get a refund. besides that no one said anything like how long it would take or anything

The food is what it is. You know what you’re getting. But the service was great! I had a LARGE order for an event and the staff was incredibly helpful!

I always have a good experience with the staff here. My sandwiches taste like they’re made with love.

Hi I came to the store around 1:30, and I ordered a number 7, and the person who took my order informed me that it’s going to be 5 to 10 minutes as they are working on a catering order and they were rushing to complete that. I told her that I’m okay with waiting 5 to 10 minutes as I could clearly see they were tensed and the two employees that were working including her were rushing to complete that order. I actually patiently waited for 10 minutes and I saw a banner that said new cajun chicken wrap and I wanted to try that and add that to my order, so I went to the register and I called upon that person and she told me “Sir, how about this when I’m working on your order I’ll call you if you want to add anything thank you”, in the weirdest attitude. I simply asked her will it be more than 5 minutes since I’ve already waited for 10 minutes and then she gave me such a bad look and with similar attitude told me Sir, we are working on a catering order and we’re already 20 minutes late. I told her I get that that you’re working but all I’m asking is that will it be more than 5 minutes because if that’s the case I can cancel my order. This this point I have been very polite but she again gave me that weird look and attitude and says “Sir, I am so sorry your order is taking so long”, while I could clearly her rolling her eyes.. At this point I asked her to cancel cancel the order because this is not the way to deal with customers, after I’ve been patient and polite and I also asked you for the manager’s number and name. She writes it down writes the name Tasha and I asked her what is your name and then smirks and says Tasha.
Imagine a manager of the store itself being such rude to customers.
I get we are all humans, but there is a way to deal with customers and giving attitude especially when the customer has been nothing but patient and polite is not the way to do this.
I hope Jimmy Johns either hire more employees or give better trainings to existing ones.

I was going for a late lunch and trying to get something quick. Jimmy John’s advertises as “freaky fast”, so it immediately came to mind. I walked in the door, and the guy behind the register warned me of a “20 minute wait”. I told him that was fine but was irritated. I placed my order and went to a table and waited. About 30 minutes later, several of my coworkers walked in and were surprised to hear that I hadn’t even gotten my sandwich yet. We then sat and had an impromptu meeting for another 20 minutes before I received my sandwich. Simple math will lead you to the correct answer: I waited 50 minutes for a sandwich. A little bit of management would fix this problem. Several sandwiches that were ordered online were made and their recipient was not in the store. Prioritize sandwiches when you arrive, not when you order. These people who ordered online are getting soggy sandwiches and I’m waiting forever. This is unacceptable.

Every time I’ve come here, it’s so poorly staffed that I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes for a sandwich. Today I decided to plan ahead so I didn’t have to wait. I ordered online an hour and a half in advance and came in 10 minutes after the pick up time. First, I wasn’t greeted upon entering. I stood at the register for at least 8 minutes before someone looked up and made eye contact. Then, after saying I was there to pick up an order, the employee dug through a literal pile of sandwiches and handed me my bag. I thought this would be the end of it but upon unwrapping our sandwiches, the orders were completely wrong. I don’t blame the workers themselves but Jimmy John’s needs to seriously work on their staffing issues. Everyone there looks so stressed out and overworked.

Visiting the Redmond Jimmy John’s location turned out to be a frustrating experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. From the slow service to the lack of bread and an extensive wait time for a simple sandwich, this establishment failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
The first issue I encountered at this Jimmy John’s was the excruciatingly slow service. When I entered the establishment, there were only a few customers, and yet the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. Despite the lack of a rush, it took an unreasonable amount of time for my order to be taken. The employees appeared indifferent and uninterested, paying little attention to the customers waiting patiently.
To add insult to injury, when I finally reached the front of the line, I was informed that they were out of bread. How can a sandwich shop be out of bread? This is a fundamental item that one would expect to be well-stocked. It is completely unacceptable for a reputable chain like Jimmy John’s to run out of such a basic necessity, and it left me dumbfounded. The lack of bread severely limited the menu options, and it felt like a wasted trip to the restaurant.
Even after managing to place an order with the limited bread options available, the wait for my sandwich was excruciatingly long. I understand that some wait time is to be expected, especially during peak hours, but waiting for 30 minutes for a simple sandwich is unacceptable. The staff showed no urgency or concern for the long wait, further frustrating the already disgruntled customers.
Moreover, during the wait, I observed a lack of cleanliness in the dining area. Tables were left uncleaned, and the floor appeared dirty and neglected. The overall untidiness gave a negative impression of the establishment’s hygiene standards, further dampening the experience.
Throughout my time at the Redmond Jimmy John’s, the lack of communication from the staff was remarkable. There was no acknowledgment of the issues, no updates on the status of our orders, and no apologies for the inconvenience caused. It felt as if the employees were indifferent to the frustrations of their customers, leaving us to wonder if our concerns and complaints even mattered to them.
Ultimately, my visit to the Redmond Jimmy John’s location was an unpleasant and frustrating experience. The slow service, the inexplicable lack of bread, and the extensive wait time for a simple sandwich all combined to create an unsatisfactory customer experience. The lack of attention to cleanliness and the absence of effective communication further exacerbated the negative impression.
As a patron, I expected better from a renowned chain like Jimmy John’s. Sadly, this particular location failed to live up to even the most basic expectations of Freaky Fast and efficient service. I would not recommend visiting the Redmond Jimmy John’s location, as it left me with a lingering disappointment and a desire to seek out alternative dining options.

How is it you are out of bread for months? We try to frequent the location but I could sit down at a restaurant and take less time. Nobody has a reasonable attitude towards the lack of customer service and staff seems to think this is normal or reasonable. Along with this in the hour we have been waiting for sandwiches not one table has been bussed. Clearly the manager and owner are incapable of figuring out how to run the business and predict a basic aspect of their business. What a great way to lose your local regulars.

I order my sandwich and waited 25 mins for them to tell me they didn’t have bread. I work near by and have frequented this location may times and each time I am disappointed in the speed and customer service. No apologies or communication with customers at all. They seem to to prioritize online orders over customers that have been standing and waiting in the store. Will most likely not be coming back. I will drive across town to Jeresy Mike’s or got to Pot Belly up the road for a sub.
