The staff were so friendly when we came in, and were patient as I read each menu item to my grandpa. The place was clean, the prices were very reasonable, and the FLAVOR! Just wow! This is my third time this week coming after being introduced just over a week ago, simply because of how yummy and affordable it is! To make a lovely meal even lovelier, the staff gave us a warm farewell and sincerely invited us to come back again soon. Definitely keeping this delightful little place in my rotation!

The food was great. Service was ran by young kids who are just there for a paycheck and awkward when asking questions it appears. They use a robot to deliver food… I don’t get that part. The atmosphere is not welcoming. Half of the available seats are off to the side and hidden. If you like to not people watch its for you!

The ramen is good, the rest is pretty bad, the appetizers They’re really bad. I ordered “tempura shrimp” which just tasted like oil with panko breadcrumbs. The calamari balls were just balls of dough with a tiny piece of calamari inside. It was expensive and disappointing.

We went for a quick shopping at Zona Rosa, during our shopping time we saw this place! My daughter is a huge fan of boba so we tried it, she got Brown sugar milk tea with black sugar boba! We liked it a lot! She also got Strawberry Mochi (it’s like an ice cream, one of her favorite things now!! We will be back next time to try the ramen!! Very cool place! Great customer service as well ♥️

The atmosphere is modern and pleasant with lots of large windows and light.
You order at a screen at the front counter and they make your food in the back. Your ordered dishes are then delivered by a very basic food delivery cart robot … Kind of cool, but it basically just pulls up in the vicinity of your table and parks until you take your food off and push a button to tell it to return. Still, novel. I got caught up in conversation and forgot to get a video of the robot cart.
Assuming your order is right, you could actually go without interacting with humans, potentially at all. If you are feeling anti social.
The options include some fairly interesting possible ingredients. The base build your own Ramen includes a few things, but could very quickly up charge to a more expensive dish than would be reasonable. A typical ramen place will include everything, even seasoning toppings like roasted garlic oil, chili oil, green onions, those all count against the few things that you get here as part of the base dish – so without up charges it is a very basic dish.
The portions make a reasonable serving, but don’t expect to have leftovers.
You could almost go to an authentic ramen place for something near the same price range, but it is quick and convenient. We do have some more authentic ramen options in the metro, but for a nearby quick and tasty bite – we will definitely visit again when the occasion calls for it.
The ramen was good, not spectacular but for a semi fast food restaurant it was pretty well done.

Boba and food here is great. We had ramen, poke, and a bao. Everything was delicious and to our expectations. They even have a robot that delivers the food to your table.

Great lunch date with the teen and hub. This place hit the spot on a cold day in KC. Soups, poke bowl and drinks were delivered by robot which was a cool experience. Everything tasted great.

I lived in Japan for 3 years so I’ve had lots of ramen! This place has become my local go-to for any time I’ve got a craving. The ramen, poké, and boba are all delicious. They’ve even got the server robot so commonly seen in Japan. The service is excellent too. I’m always shocked by how fast the food arrives, even during rush hours. I only wish that calories were clearly stated on menus or at least online somewhere. I can’t seem to find the nutritional info anywhere. But since the service is so great, I can look past it.

I loved the server ice and Atmosphere very calm and orderly, however I can’t say the same over the quality of food I got.
I got create your own Ramen and kids Ramen as well as coffee Boba tea and mango Slush. The beverages were fresh and tasty very unique. Yet, the Ramen want my favorite. I got wavy noodles, that were very hard, tasted like cardboard, along with this was soy sauce Ramen, which I would 100% recommend. With it, fried tofu, scallions, bean sprout, and egg. I got the spicy on the side, glad I did it didn’t taste that good. I got extra tofu and extra shrimp, but it didn’t come with my food, but I did talk with the store and got a guaranteed extra the next visit. The kids Ramen came with shio (chicken) with wavy Ramen. I wasn’t a fan of the broth, kinda flavorless But with spice it was really good.
Overall the drinks and topping were delicious, and Shoyu (Soy sauce) however wasn’t a fan of shio (chicken) broth and wavy noodles. I’m coming again but hoping for 100% accuracy.
