My husband and I needed a quick bite to eat prior to a trip on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, and this was the perfect spot! We grabbed food at 6:20pm on Wednesday evening and didn’t have to wait more than a minute in line. Staff were very friendly and took down our number so that they could text us when our order was ready. They told us it would be 10 minutes or less, but texted us in about 3-4 min that it was ready. We both really enjoyed the food and were happy with the portion sizes.

There was also plenty of seating inside and outside of Harvest Hall (definitely many more outside options at this time of year due to the frigid temperatures).

There is a parking garage next to Harvest Hall that is free for the first 90 minutes I believe. It was less than a 5 min walk to the train depot which was perfect!

This restaurant is simply a counter in the Harvest Hall food hall in Grapevine. So, what can you expect? Having tried several restaurants in this food hall, I can say without a doubt that it is worth searching and going to the very back of the hall to the left to find Zatar. In a better location in the hall, I have a feeling they would be packed. The food was really good for this type of location. We all shared a couple of Chicken Shawarma plates. Chicken was well prepared and enough served, but it was the overall taste of the other items on the plate that stood out. I would have accepted this food at a sit-down restaurant with a server. We also had an order of hummus which was good, but not any better than the packaged hummus you can get in supermarkets. The spanakopita was quite good as well, but a very small serving for the $7.00 price. We find our family at events in Grapevine with our grandchildren a few times a year and at the end of a busy morning, Harvest Hall is a good selection. From now on, I will not go to any of the other restaurants in the hall because I believe this one is the best. It is just counter service and the hummus was okay, and the prices pretty high for counter service, so I rate it a 3, though if more choices it would be a 3.5.

So this joint is inside harvest house and has your standard selection of gyros and other Mediterranean foods!
I recommend the beef shawarma wrap but it’s all good.
Menu and prices in attached picture.
Plenty of seating around the food court and outside!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Mediterranean food!
Zatar at Harvest Hall is a must-try. The beef shawarma was perfectly seasoned, the hummus was smooth and flavorful, and everything tasted super fresh. The staff were friendly and quick. Easily one of the best spots in Grapevine for authentic Mediterranean flavor!

Food was good but barely any rice vegetables and meat. Asked for extra rice and they gave me a sample size and there was barely a scoop in there. Overly expensive for the amount of food you get! Quality of rice is just the white rice and not true Mediterranean rice. I got the Gyro plate.

Gyro: bread uncooked, very little meat & LOTS of vegetables, unseasoned, cold even though I picked it up within 10 minutes of ordering, staff didn’t greet me (got my food but didn’t say hi or bye), FRIES: Delicious.

Spitz restaurant is better for gyros. I wouldn’t return to this establishment. I was so disappointed with the gyro.

I had the Lamb Kabob, Gyro and the Chicken Shawarma plate. The seasonings were really tasty. All plates were served with rice and a salad. Even after a week of snow storms everything was still served fresh. The salad had a purple pickled turnip that really enhanced the flavor. I don’t think I’d ever eaten a turnip before and had to ask what it was. Service was prompt and they text you when your order is ready.

The restaurant itself is inside Harvest Hall with maybe 3 other places in a food court style venue. All of the places looked fast casual. Not everyone in your family has to agree when you come to Harvest Hall. There’s plenty of seating inside as well as a large outdoor patio area with tables. I’ll be coming back again for sure! I found parking near the train station on the other side of the tracks.

Food tastes so fresh. I got the shawarma roll for lunch and wasn’t disappointed. The other food stalls inside this building are pretty good too.
Always ask for extra sauce

Chicken was quite good. Ratio of meat to rice was way off for the price.
