This was our first experience with Champ Pizza. We ordered online and went to pick up the pizza. I wasn’t expecting such a small establishment, reminded me of a little Ceasars storefront. We wished there was a public restroom to use. We picked up our order and double-checked it in the car before we left. And happy we did as we were given the cheese only cheese sticks. When we ordered the jalapeno cheessticks. We went back in to ask the employee if we could get the correct cheese sticks, And they were super apologetic and ended up making us the correct jalapeno cheese sticks. they even said for us to keep the regular cheese sticks as an apology. we tried them both, and they are amazing! Best we have had in a while.
We ordered the combo pizza, and it was delicious. Not overly greasy. And didn’t fall apart when eating and it reheated well.

Clean cooking area, friendly staff, delicious pizza! The gluten free crust is good, probably one of the best I’ve had. Lots of toppings on both regular and gluten free pizza. The cinnamon sticks didn’t have very much frosting, but they tasted ok.

3/2/24 – Hard to taste how good the dough is when it is burnt.
2/3/24: Service at the 162nd store is horrible. I was speaking to the manager after the other crew member couldnt figure out how to use the computer. The manager decided that the phone was more important than the customer standing in front of him. Why set up a member id # if the computer doesnt recognize it. I didnt set up the id # you did.
The pepperoni pizza is top notch. The sauce, cheese, and dough is the freshest that I have ever had.
The chicken is less than desirable. Especially since they use tomato sauce instead of a more favorable bbq sauce. Chicken pieces were minimal.

First time eating here, and we ordered takeout. I have been craving pizza and was so burnt out on the usual big name brands that all taste the same.
We were very impressed with not only the fast service but the pizza was delicious! Don’t order the usual brands; come to Champs for the best tasting pizza. We will not be ordering from the national pizza chains any longer. The food is hot and fresh, and it’s the best pizza I’ve had in a really long time. There are various locations in the area for convenience. We also ordered the cheesy Jalapeño sticks, which were a hit.
Thank you for now being our go-to pizza spot. We will be coming back very soon!

The pizza super delicious. Their pizza dough its fantastic. We got half champ and half hawaiian. We were not sure about coconut on it. We tried it and we hooked. Now, we have to have the coconut flakes on our hawaiian pizza. We also love the cheese pizza bread as well. My son said i am a happy customer because the pizza so good. When the online apps not working properly, Tyson helped and gave us store credit. We definitely will come back.

I ordered wings with garlic Parmesan sauce on 12/1. When my daughter went to pick up they stated they were out of the sauce. I would not have ordered it I had known, but I said fine just get Buffalo with a side of ranch. They then for ranch!!!!! Customer service goes a long way for me. Just give it free, yall the ones who don’t understand inventory control or reaching out. Also, asked for all flats and extra crispy … these are barely cooked gross Boy bye….. but, overall on most days I love actually enjoy Champ pizza and it’s my go to. Next time I’ll just call or go in and order

Nothing is perfect! But these guys are pretty close and always making it right if there are any issues on accuracy or quality! Staff is consistent and friendly and seems to be new items added and valuable coupons and promotions. Pizza crust is unique and they use the best cup pepperoni that is both crunchy and greasy! Exactly what you expect when you are craving a pizza!

Sooo good. The flavor of the crust is delicious and the cheese was perfectly melted. This is now one of my favorite pizza places, I’m glad I ended up trying it. And it was ready within 25 minutes.

Pizza tasted fine pretty typical. I thought I was ordering an actual square pizza for $22. But nope it was really small. I had the buy one get one and it still didn’t fill a standard pizza box. Fairly disappointed.
