This was our first time ordering from Panda Wok as we just moved to a new area of the Raleigh/Cary area and we could not have been happier with everything we got. My mom got Black Pepper Chicken, I got Bourbon Chicken, my child got Orange Chicken, and we all wanted to try the Chicken Wings. The box it was delivered in was taped shut and it was packed SO well. Every single bite was hot, tasted fresh, amazing flavor, and we could not get enough of it! An hour later, the food is STILL very warm and smells incredible! We also got an order of their donuts, and they taste exactly like I remember from my favorite place as a child, and I have missed it so much. Soft, chewy but airy, sweet and warm!
Tldr; run, don’t walk to this restaurant because it is worth every penny and we are so happy we found our new favorite Chinese place!

Good food… definitely a take out place but we ate inside with no problem. The usual type of customer service you can expect from inexpensive Chinese restaurants.
I had the Hunan beef lunch for less than $8 .
I’ll be back

My first visit here. Staff was reasonably friendly. This is your average quick Chinese place with the photos up on the menu and the paper menus with a zillion things on them with numbers. 4-5 tables.
I decided to try the Sesame Chicken. Not very good. The Fried rice was pretty decent, and i enjoyed eating it with the sauce that comes on the chicken. The fry on the pieces of chicken seemed good, but about half the pieces I had to spit out. In some cases, I just got tired of chewing. Pretty sure it was freezer burn, but perhaps it could have been over-cooking or something. Fibrous and tough. For the lunch special price of $5.90 (includes tax), I would have been fine with a couple of pieces being too tough, but I think the failure count was 6-7 pieces.
If I would have gotten a marjority of edible pieces, the portion size would have been generous.
I’ll revisit and try maybe a shrimp dish or something like that some day.

The food didn’t impress me much. The noodles were too chewy, and the cabbage in the egg roll was too hard. I found a bug on my fork, which was gross. The place was okay, and the staff was quick, but overall, I’d give it two stars.

Maggots found in chicken. Usually I order from them no problem. Today I ordered and I thought it was odd that they gave me so much chicken only to find out that they were trying to hide the fact that the food had maggots in it. Never again.

This is definitely our new favorite Chinese food take out restaurant! Great quality. Fresh ingredients, happy people, clean place. Tastes great!

This used to be my favorite place for Chinese-American food but the quality has declined and I threw the last food I ordered from them in the garbage. The chicken wings were underdone, the fried rice was not fried, it was pale, wet and gross looking, the sesame chicken was hard and chewy, just terrible.

Second trip to Panda Wok for office lunch take-out. The food was super hot and fresh and the perfect amount of flavor. I asked for mine “extra-spicy” and they didn’t disappoint. LOVE THEM!

Order taken wrong. Then they say I ordered it. Got home and the egg roll is not even fried. When you can’t fry an eggroll. It’s time to close the doors. Not even warm. Cold. Don’t even taste the dirty oil bro.
