Ordered burgers and chicken strips for fam of 4. Service was fine w/no issues. The food however was a total mess. Burgers came not on a BUN but on white sandwich bread that was so soggy from holding it to eat that they completely fell apart on us. NEVER AGAIN!

Went there about two. They said they were closed until five but served us anyway. Buffet food was cold. They didn’t seem happy we were there. It doesn’t say in the website they closed at two. Also dogged the local baseball team which is coached by my nephew. We said we were in town to watch the baseball game and he said “Oh I’m sorry”. Won’t be going back there!

Sat down at 10:28, food got to the table at 11:52. Two servers doing everything they can to manage front of the house, communicating and interacting with customers. Kitchen staff and owner were completely uncoordinated and incredibly chaotic. Spent the whole time arguing with and blaming servers for ticket issues. Guy in the brown hat (assuming is the owner) spent more time belittling and micromanaging his staff instead of coaching and teaching. Food was overcooked or undercooked. Luke warm at best, most was cold, and some food items were missing. Huge shout-out to Madison and Tonya for holding the front end down and ACTUALLY managing things while the back end was in absolute management failure mode.

Stopped in with the family today for breakfast. Buffet only on Sundays. Worked out just fine for me. Food was all hot and fresh. It is nice to have a sit down restaurant back in Clay Center.

This is the worst place I have ever eaten at. The buffet was dirty from the previous day as it was not operating that day. Food we ordered was cold and didn’t get all that was offered with the meal. The waitress did not take care of us at all and acted as if she didn’t want to be there at all. Will never go back as we were over charged.

The food took forever to get to us and the server acted like she could careless. The Cook was yelling at the rest of the staff, I take this is the owner. Buffet was good! Chicken was hot and fresh! Lots of items to choose from on the Buffet. Things are still a little rocky, but they haven’t been open long. Food was good both times I’ve been here.

Spent an hour and a half waiting for food just for half the table to be served. Food was cooked on too high of a heat and gave the food a charred burnt taste. You could hear servers and cooks arguing about lost tickets and tables not having their food, full out yelling.

The first time we ate there, we waited over an hour for our food and our food came out cold, salty, and undone….. with another customer bringing attention to raw sausage at the breakfast bar… if that isn’t embarrassing enough then i have no clue.

went There two times first time waited an hour and a half for the food to be just reheated frozen food. The second time my friend ordered off the menu and the waitress proceeded to grab half his food off the buffet and hand it to him. very disappointing.
