Quaint eatery tucked away in a mini-strip mall. Great find. The blueberry pancakes on the menu in the window drew me in.
The pancakes were perfectly done with an abundance of blueberries. So moist, they didn’t require any syrup. Good thing, as syrup would have only covered up their delicious taste. The 3 stack was plenty as they covered most of the plate!
The coffee is also worth mentioning. It’s Ellis brand, which I’ve never had, nor heard of, but it was pleasing. (I drink my coffee without cream or sugar, so the coffee taste really comes through).
Staff was friendly and the food delicious and priced right! Seemed like everyone knew each other which gave the place a family feeling. I felt very welcome there and the staff interacted with me as if they’d known me forever.
Though I don’t frequent the area, I’d definitely make it a point to drop in next time I’m nearby.
Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Wanted to try a new spot for breakfast in the area. The place is NASTY! Very dirty! It looks like the floor wasn’t washed since the day they open. There was a cacaroch laying dead under the table. Shelves and everything have layers of dust. On the table old flowers in like a small can with old water. You can get small vases in a Dollar Store or don’t put fresh flowers. I guess locals don’t even see it and the owner is so comfortable that don’t care. Potato cake is also not good, mashed potatoes deep fried in old oil. Waitress took it off the bill without hesitation. Waitress was kind and friendly. Please clean the place, you serve food there.

First time visiting this weekend (5/5/23) and my family and I really enjoyed our visit. This establishment is very quaint and cozy and the food is very good! We felt as if we were visiting a family member’s home. It is a cash only establishment so be prepared. The coffee was really good. I was not able to catch a pic of everyone else’s food but was able to get a pic of mine (bacon, egg, and cheese on a kaiser roll) My family had chipped cream beef on toast with home fries/onions/peppers and a toasted banana muffin on the side; short stack of french toast w bananas and bacon; french toast combo with scrambled eggs and bacon on the side. Definitely a nice place to come to and enjoy a great meal! Our server was an extremely nice woman who was very attentive and grea overall!

Cozy little restaurant in Queen Anne shopping plaza in Fairless Hills. It’s definitely a local favorite and for good reason. They serve good food at reasonable prices. Our omelets were big and fluffy. Side meats were perfect; not greasy. Potatoes done to the right crispness. Coffee was delicious, hot and endless. Service was excellent. What’s not to love?

Work was waiting for us all so the time was limited.my vegetable and swiss cheese omelet was great.

I really enjoy the atmosphere there.

This place is a hidden gem inside this shopping center.
It is reminiscent of an old time diner. And you will get that same old great service here.
Breakfast came out surprisingly quick. The meals were all delicious. Coffee was always kept topped off.
The family and I will certainly be coming back as we all enjoyed our meals. The staff is very friendly as well.

I have been going to Cafe Ferraro for forty years. It was always my favorite breakfast spot. My husband and I went every Friday morning. The omelets were fantastic. Ten years ago we moved to FL and only visit the cafe a couple times a year. We went this morning and Joe was not cooking. The omelet I ordered was dry and tasteless and not up to Joe’s standards. The waitress never came back with more coffee. The cook could benefit from a lesson from Joe.
