I really enjoyed coming to this location of crisp and Green. The salad is always fresh and they put the right amount of dressing on it. The chicken is very fresh and warm on my salad. I love the seasoning on the chicken as well. I am very pleased that they always give me plenty of chicken or protein in my salads, a lot of places nowadays try on meat. I am happy that this location does not. The store is always very clean. The employees are always very kind and helpful. I’ve never had to wait long in a line at all. They get me through fast and efficiently while giving great customer service.

I’ve always ordered here especially the wild child. Seen on website it was available again. Tonight was very disappointing though. This time on the order I asked for the bowl to be mixed and included blue chips. Thought that blue chips would be added on the side. But now I know they’ll include everything in the bowl must pacifically make note for instructions. This order was a pick up order. when got home to enjoy meal found meal was incorrect. Never had a problem at this location before or with the company at the many other locations I’ve gone to. Wild Rice was hard not cooked. The proportion was not consistent as to many times prior even to the rice been uncooked like a tablespoon measurement. Proportion wasn’t accurate as previous bulls have been. The substitute for brussel sprouts was the roasted cauliflower that was missing and discovered upon eating that there was added sunflower seeds that was not approved nor ever been in prior recipe, even the online order does not include that. Very disappointing as this is an allergy and now I wasted my money and time. Who ever made this bowl understand that it was late but every bowl should be consistent. Glade I didn’t leave a tip this time if that’s the reason one did not make bowl thoroughly, that is a disappointment to the company for hiring and representing their services. Thank you for all the times providing satisfactory. Understand there can be long days and human error when it comes to customers services in any hospitality especially for food consistency is key in success as well avoid lawsuits for allergy individuals!

I’ve been going to Crisp & Green since it first opened, and I’ve always appreciated having a healthy, convenient option for a quick meal on the go. Unfortunately, it’s been really disappointing to watch the quality and service steadily decline over time.
The chicken breast is often dry, and on multiple occasions when they’ve been out of ingredients, the item is simply left out of my salad or bowl without any notification. This has happened to me four times recently. It’s especially frustrating when you pay extra for an add-on or when the missing item is supposed to be a main ingredient, only to get home and realize it’s not included.
If staff would simply let customers know at pickup, they could offer a substitution or solution. Instead, you’re left with a smaller portion that isn’t what you ordered—and no one tells you. The online ordering system also doesn’t appear to notify customers when items are out of stock, which would be a helpful improvement.
In addition, what was once my absolute favorite salad at crisp & green, Squash Goals, no longer tastes the same. The online menu still lists candied pecans as an ingredient, which it did include in years past, but it now comes with regular pecans instead. That change significantly alters the flavor. I am not sure if that’s is the only change made but it just doesn’t taste the same.
Overall, I’m truly saddened. This was once a place I depended on for consistent, delicious, and nutritious meals, but it’s slowly becoming a place where I feel like I’m wasting my money. Orders are not accurate and portion sizes are noticeably smaller than they used to be.

It was my first time coming in. I was looking to create my own bowl. I wanted a sort of stir fry bowl and it came out awesome! Sadie was the manager on shift and she gave me tips on pricing and good ingredients to add.

I didn’t expect Crisp and Green to have amazing food the way they did. The food was amazing, chicken was hot, portions seemed to be even, and staff were all super friendly. There was a positive energy about Crisp and Green and I look forward to going back soon!

I am neverrrr one to complain, but the portion sizes are getting out of control. i only go to crisp and green for acai bowls, but i might have to start going elsewhere. my husband picked these up for us today and when i saw them i was disappointed. for $25 the acai should be full ATLEAST half way. it’s frustrating how inconsistent it’s been. i’ve had amazing bowls from here that are filled about 3/4 and then the toppings above that. the toppings should be touching the lid like they always have. what i got was certainly not with the money. i hope this gets addressed because it would be a shame to have to stop going here.

I just moved back to the area and stopped in, but was dumbfounded the smoothies are now $12. They are smaller sized and have minimal ingredients so i don’t see how they justify it. Maybe if they made the cups larger? But almost $15 for a few sips is insane. Sadly makes it hard to be a regular. The prices make you not want to return when cafe zupas is down the street and a portion of the cost.
