Worst burger ever, my bun was literally wet and soggy, my meat was completely cold and had coagulated fat on it and the cheese was hard!! I will make sure that corporate hears about this, they didn’t even attempt to make my food warm, This place needs to have their license revoked! I have never been so disgusted by a burger in my life

It’s a shame that they now downgraded the KFC/A&W restaurant into just a KFC. It’s pretty disappointing for those who are still craving for A&W, but at least there’s another KFC/A&W restaurant in Stockton via Hammer Lane or in Lathrop via Louise Avenue (which is the closest I could get since the one in Tracy has also had the same fate as this location). But the chicken tastes amazing and the employes are also nice however.

Love their $5 papa burger meal. I go every Tuesday to get it. I wish the burger was a little thicker but love all the veggies they add. A&W french fries are the best of any fast food place. They alone are worth the trip

Wnd time going to this establushment. 1st time I went the register at the drive-in window wasn’t working so I had to park the car and go inside of the store. I was so tired after working 14 hours at work that really wasn’t inconvenience for me. I even asked why they couldn’t use the other register at the front of the store and then just walk back to the window for the customer’s convenience and the cashier looked at me as if she was a deer in the headlights and didn’t understand what I was saying. Then someone asked for ice cream and they didn’t have any ice cream this was 8 o’clock at night. This was all the 1st time I went to the store. The 2nd time I went to the store was worse! I wanted a route beer Float and my boyfriend wanted a strawberry milkshake. I was able to get my root beer float but the blender was not working so He had to get A regular soda because he didn’t like root beer floats. When the food came out our order was completely wrong and the food that I got was substandard. I ordered a fish basket was supposed to be free 3 pieces of fish fries and coleslaw the only thing edible was the coastlaw the fish were 3 pieces Of greasy Disgusting-ness. The fish had grease dripping from it and they were so small they were more like fish nuggets for the amount of money I paid I should have went back to the register and got my money back I just didn’t feel like going through the trouble. My boyfriend’s Burger was completely wrong he ordered the papa Burger which was suppose to have 2 patties and a bunch of vegetables… he received only one patty on his Burger and it was missing some of the vegetables. Just a real bad visit I will not be going back and I’m hoping that all the A&W’s in the area are not like this.

I bye my Dad food after work. Went to A&W on Charter/Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Ordered, received my food and left. My Dad enjoyed the meal. When I arrived home I realized I left my Visa Card behind. When I called to inquire about my card, the Manager (I assume) told me he would hold it for me until the following day. When I went to pick up my card the doors were locked, but a nice gentleman worker throwing away boxes assisted me. When he handed my card back, it was in an envelope with my name on it and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that Manager put my card in the safe. What an awesome feeling to come across honest good people and I just want to give these people a big THANK YOU! To the teller at the drive thru, the Manager and the worker who assisted me. God Bless and keep up the great work.

Horrible service. Cup was falling apart spilled soda all over me, no bacon on my burger when I got home that I paid for. They threw my food on the counter instead of setting it down or handing to me. Horrible service I would recommend just closing this place all together.

Pulled up at 8:40pm. We were second at the drive thru. Car in front placed their order and pulled forward. We pulled forward and received a recorded message stating they were closed…at 8:43. Business hours state they close at 9. TERRIBLE SERVICE! If we were already in line, they should have taken our order.

The damn ice cream machine was down. Ok ok but the damn ice cream machine was down. My father is in the hospital and wanted a root beer float and all out of something else dont remeber was already put off … fix the machine and you’ll get 5 stars.

If this is the A&W on charter way, well let me tell you , I ordered onion rings and they were cold and uncooked. The coleslaw looked white and watery, the mashed potatoes filled maybe 1/2 the container it comes in, the biscuits were somewhat smashed, and the crispy chicken was soggy. This is the first time this has happened. I was tired and didn’t want to drive to Wilson way where I normally go their food is great as always, so we went to the charter way KFC/A&W. Maybe they’re under new management, don’t know? Won’t go there for awhile .

I went for the KFC but ended buying some food from A&W. The food was prepped quick and fairly priced. The only down side was a bit of miscommunication with the employee and myself, but that wouldn’t deter me from coming back here.
