thank you for coming to the Rio Rancho area it is nice to go eat delicious food at a very affordable price me and my wife I thought the food was amazing and the portions were exceptionally large. I found my new lunch spot great deals and specials for lunch.

Came for lunch with my wife. Service was polite, apppropriately timed and food came out on schedule. I had a seared tuna appetizer that was really nice. Fish seemed of high quality, was flavorful and super-tender. I got a 3-roll lunch special that came with miso soup and three rolls, cut into 6 pieces each. (I ordered spicy tuna, spicy salmon and spicy yellowtail- why they all look the same!) Eveything was great, prices are really reasonable (11.99 for the three roll lunch special with miso soup) and we’ll definitely come back. Did I already say service was great? Service was great 😉

Came here for lunch yesterday. The service was really good but was disappointed with the sushi rolls. I wanted to love it because the reviews were great. I got an appetizer of gyoza-that was very good. Then got the lunch special with three rolls, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and spicy yellowtail, and soup. The rolls came out and inside the roll was the spicy fish with nothing else inside. Maybe I need to come back and try something else…The restaurant was clean and staff was really nice. Nice presentation of sushi too. But just wasn’t impressed by the rolls.

The food was great, service was great. My mom’s boyfriend who doesn’t like sushi didn’t like it but I did.

Very pleased with our dinner at this restaurant. It was was an early dinner, but there were other patrons there still. However, our food still came out promptly. I’m not much for sushi, but my husband enjoyed his appetizer order. Someone in our group ordered the pineapple something or other for dinner. It came served in a pineapple! He loved it! See picture. I do recommend this place for sure.

Kyoto was amazing! I went there today for lunch and while the outside of the restaurant is kind of hidden, the inside is a gem! It is beautiful inside, painted wonderfully, the decoration and interior is very complimentary and pleasent to spend time in! I was here for lunch at not a busy time, but my service was fast, very accurate, and friendly! The food here is amazing as well! I personally got the Pink Lady, and the presentation was just as in the menu picture, exclusive to this restaurant and spot on delicious! I will be coming here again very soon!

Sad to see Banana Leaf go, Kyoto Sushi & Steak House is an extraordinary replacement. Still a little difficult to get to, because the only way to get there is to go past the twisters. The miso soup was fantastic–never tasted better. The sushi was presented with great care. The Naruto is a riceless roll that the chef presented as lolipops. My partner said they we’re fantastic. The rainbow roll was just like any other but still delicious. I had the NY steak bento, which is a lot of food. Tempura was spot on, the shumai was a bit heavy on the onion (but it was my first time having shumai so not it’s not supposed to be that way), the steak was a bit over mid-rare but still good. Drink service was a little slow on refills, but overall very pleasant. I can’t wait to go back to try new things.
