ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and a veggie pizza. The papadia came folded in half, and after eating the first half, I noticed something was off with the taste. When I opened the second half, I found bacon inside—something I have never eaten in my life of my faith.
To make things worse, when I brought it to the attention of the manager, they showed zero empathy—no apology, no offer to make it right. Just a complete lack of responsibility.
Extremely disappointed by customer service. I won’t be ordering again, and I urge others with dietary needs to be very cautious and double check.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered breadsticks (which turned out to be sliced, rolled, unseasoned pizza dough) and garlic knots (hand tied, unseasoned, hard, dog treat lookalike pizza dough). We were given the wrong sauces as well. When we called, we weren’t compensated for any of it and were told goodbye and that it was too late to do anything. Don’t buy pizza or anything from here. If you do, just know the chances of receiving the correct order is about the same as winning the lottery.

This was by far the best pizza, we have ordered in a long time! We also ordered wings and a cookie. Everything was hot and fresh and absolutely amazing! The staff was polite and wonderful and the manager was also extremely nice and worked very hard to make sure we didn’t have to wait long for our food! We will definitely be using this location a lot more. Highly recommend!

Ordered around 7pm and one and a half hours after the tracker said out for delivery the guy still wasn’t there. We called the store and they said looks like he’s running late. 15 minutes he showed up saying sorry but they are just swamped. Everything was cold. Not even warm. Just room temperature. Ordered on papajohns website from this location. When tracking my delivery it said my order had been “directed to doordash”. When it arrived i bit into a partially melted plastic bottle cap embedded in a slice. Called for a refund and spoke to the “General manager Mark”. Initially he tried to blame the driver because they “all have stanley cups” in the store. I explained that the cap was melted and embedded into the slice with cheese melted to it. He placed me on hold for about 5 mins and when he comes back on the line he says doordash has to issue the refund and it will be 5 to 7 business days. I told him that was unacceptable and that I had bought the pizza from them and they fed me melted plastic. He then told me he made the pizza himself, and there was no bottle cap in there. I told him I would upload the pics of it here for him to see. I told him i would attempt to stop payment from the card company and at this point he’s talking over me and accusing me, the customer, of outright lying and eventually hangs up on me. I will be in contact with his superiors as soon as possible. Absolutely abhorrent service after sending a product like this out of their doors. I would avoid this location as if your life depends on it because it may.

Over an hour to get a pizza delivered to a horrible driver who never showed. we waited an hour outside, she wouldn’t communicate with us and never tried to even get here. It was so simple.
They didn’t want to replace the food and provide refund despite their driving being lost for a very long time. They ruined my concert for me. If you see this review and you’re at boardwalk rock right now – they are not accommodating and definitely don’t deserve your business.
Do better man. Don’t put a driver on the road who can’t communicate with a customer or navigate the roads safety.

Pizza was delicious. We always come here every year usually a first night pizza and the last night. Always great deals when we come. The manager is very devoted to this place and truly cares about his customers.

Not sure where the 1 star reviews are coming from but, to be fair, we did NOT experience anything bad at this location. We are from Michigan and have been ordering for years. The food was great and the service was fantastic. 5 stars! Support this business!

Highly disappointed with the entire experience/food quality! I placed my order at 730p and did not recieve my order until almost 930p. Called the store 4 different times. Once no answer at all. 2 other times was put on hold to no avail. The fourth and final time I was actually able to speak to someone. She apologized and offered half of my money back and also gave me a free soda. I do appreciate that. However, the mix up with deliveries is horrendous. I recieved several notifications about my food being ready, then it wasn’t ready. Then the order was waiting on a driver. Then there was no driver. Then it was ready again then it wasn’t. After speaking to the woman my fourth try she stated they were very busy and backed up on orders and that my order was coming out of the oven as we speak and my driver was there waiting. It’s about a 8 minute drive from the store to my hotel. The food was COLD! ALL OF IT. 3 pizzas, cold and hard. 3 orders of wings that were supposed to be WELL DONE they weren’t and were also cold as if I’d just taken them out the fridge. While the lady i spoke with was nice and tried her best to help I as well as my family are very disappointed with this location and how they do business. We will not be returning.
