We walked in for some snacks. I got Tostilocos and I understand different regions make these different—they were not what I was expecting but good nonetheless. My sons got a paleta and Coctel de fruta. My husband got corn in the cup and it was good.
My complaint is the service. I speak fluent Spanish and I am always happy to speak it. The girl that helped didn’t speak English at all which is fine but she was super rude when my husband tried to order “a medium corn” and then my 4 year old ordered by saying “can I please have an Oreo popsicle” and pointed to it. She was so rude she turned her head while he was talking and said she couldn’t understand. She made no attempt to be kind. It really bothered me and still does. Prices are outrageous too. $17.50 for a Large corn? Like be so serious. I wouldn’t go back.

Hands down the best authentic ice cream shop around! The mongolado is the best thing I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been trying to go everyday to get one my husband isn’t so happy about the hole I’m slowly making in my pockets tho but well just have to replace him or something lmfao but seriously tho this place makes me feel more at home like back in California where they have these everywhere. Wow! To start off, I’ve never seen so many different flavors and options for popsicles and ice cream! The staff was all friendly and busy making delicious concoctions for the long line of hungry customers. Once it was our turn, Rossalyn asked for our order and we had a special request to make a raspado how we used to have back home. She took our request and made a masterpiece! Even beyond our expectations! Thank you for satisfying our craving!!! We will def be going back to try something new!

Went there for ice cream bars. Saw that some chocolate ones were freshly made and added on top of a stack of already existing chocolate bars. There were about 15 in a stack total now. Hispanic couple in front of me ended up getting two of them and the lady behind the counter grabbed them from the top of the pile and gave them to them. They ended up getting some other ice cream as well. I got a strawberry one and wanted to try one of the fresh chocolate bars as well but ironically the lady behind the counter pulled my chocolate bar from the very bottom of the pile. The pile that was already there before the fresh ones were added to the top. At first I didn’t think too much about it but when I started consuming the chocolate ice cream bar after purchasing, you could tell this was a much older one. This one seemed possibly freezer burnt, and some of the chocolate was sticky and separated, almost as if it had been thawed and then frozen again. I was skeptical at first that the store gave me lesser quality ice cream because I’m white, even though I purchased it just like the Hispanic couple in front of me did, but after reading other reviews I could clearly see I’m not the first person that has been treated negatively for being white. Definitely will never come here again.

Great variety of flavors. If you want to experience typical paletas with exotic natural fruits from Mexico as well as street snacks, this is the place to go. Friendly staff and plenty of space to sit and enjoy your sweet or savory treat.

Good place but.. don’t know what happen we’ve been in here multiple times and I’ve cream has been great until today. Cheese ice does not taste like it did. Now it tastes more like coconut. Oreo ice cream did not taste like Oreo at all. Also got a frozen banana and the banana was literally frozen, once it was taken out of the refrigerator it got really brown and soggy/slimy

So yummy!!! And they were super nice. They had four different people checking on the cars in the drive thru to make sure everyone was helped. They even met us at the menu, since it was our first time, and explained everything. Prices are so reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Just took the family for some local Ice Cream and had the worst experience!! The employees were whispering about us and giving us dirty looks. It felt very hostile. Then after waiting for a very long time and multiple people behind us getting and paying for the same Mango drink we ordered, the girl finally came over with what we ordered and they were not blended like the other peoples but were frozen solid. I grew up in the South West and spent a lot of time in Mexico So I know we were only treated this way because we are White and it was blatantly obvious!

Horrible experience AGAIN. Our shakes were pretty much just milk, took them 20 minutes to make them. Made one of them wrong and they didn’t fix it. Gave us a broken cup that was leaking everywhere. We told the girl about it she looked at the owner I’m guessing and the owner just stacked it into another cup and said here you go. To top it all off I saw them making other customers food/ice cream with out gloves and touching their hair. Will never go back.
